Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

Visited Feb '25 Steep stairs {a delightful New England quirk} lead to a comfortable bed, quaint views out the window. Soft cottage core vibes. Eclectic design steeping in a life well lived. Wonderful kitchen, well stocked and easy to cook in. Shower pressure is adequate. Bathroom is clean and filled with an array of books and tchotchkes. Your eyes always have something to wander and examine. It's a maximalists dream. The book shelf in the living room is filled with old books some titles are expected due to surroundings and some are just plain fun. May I recommend a game of I spy Nina is quite fantastic. A spit fire. An attentive host. Hospitable and kind. She gave it a welcoming vibe. Meeting her animals was truthfully a highlight. They are even tempered and kind. Her horse is stunning & social. The donkey a goof. The mule is oh so friendly. Sheep a bit shy but non the less beautiful. Chickens? fluffy feet! The ducks were personable. The goats, joyful. Cat, adorable. Good workin dogs.

What a great weekend getaway. The apartment is cozy with lots of big windows so you can see the farm and cows from inside with the wood stove going, the hosts are so friendly and so are the cows! My group had a blast getting to feed the cows, and meet/brush/sit on Bleu, their big guy! Thank you so much!

Mary’s place is a very unique historical home with all the modern conveniences. The beds are extremely comfortable, the home itself has a welcoming aura and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Mary and her husband are easily available and helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed 3 nights in their lovely home

Pattie and Chris were a delight! Chris meet us at the gate and showed us around the cabin, returned with hot tea and an engaging conversation about wool (we are from Aotearoa, NZ and have a background in the world-of-wool) and other like minded topics. The cabin is cute, well lite (off the gid) and plenty of blankets for the cooler temperatures.

Our stay with Amy and Yuda was exactly what we needed. It was a pretty 20 min drive to Exeter where my event was. The surroundings were quiet, peaceful, and beautiful: Greenhouse plants, trees, and nature outside, lovely artwork inside. The toddler enjoyed our stay, made some great "trains" w the box of blocks, and slept amazingly. My wife said this house was good for his spirit.

My family & I loved our stay here! A very beautiful & comfortable home. It was a very peaceful, yet fun couple of days spent. Exactly how I wanted to spend my birthday. Location was perfect to explore. Thanks for having us!

The cabin is so beautiful, peaceful and cozy. Pictures don’t do it justice! It’s extremely private and the wooded lot is gorgeous. The place was very clean and comfortable. Sally was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a beautiful rustic place to stay in Maine and get away from the city and its light pollution, I highly recommend Stephanie's listing! Being surrounded by trees, the sounds of farm animals, and the stars at night was so lovely. Stephanie was friendly and also prompt with replying. I would definitely stay here again if I came back up to Maine, esp at the price point.

We had a great time at Kathryn’s farm! We spent 2 nights at the farm, including a winter storm day. We were snowed in for part of the day, but the room was very cozy and relaxing! Kathryn was very responsive and gave us ample heads up about the weather, as well as good recommendations for food/shopping locations.

I cannot say enough good things about Keith and Erika and their space. They were super flexible, understanding, and made what could have been a semi-stressful, snowy adventure very easy. The casita was fully stocked with everything you could need, the bed was so comfy, and the surrounding land was perfect for a little snowy hike. Thank you again Keith and Erika for being so communicative and understanding! We had the best time :)

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Brosie Farm. The Airbnb was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt brand new. The location was great for skiing at Gunstock mountain with access to restaurants and plenty to do along the lake. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had to date and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

We loved staying at this apartment! It was just as beautiful and clean as pictured, and everything was perfectly designed for comfort - from the beautiful gas fireplace in the bedroom, the stunning bathroom with double sinks, incredible shower, and amazing soaking tub, and the gorgeous, spotless kitchen with everything you could need to prepare and store food. The setting was very tranquil; there was no noise from abutting properties and the view from the bedroom was so pretty. We’ve stayed at luxury hotels, and this apartment had a coziness and beauty that cannot be found in a larger chain/hotel. Kevin and Jeanne were very responsive to all our questions and provided clear instructions for our stay. We can’t wait to book again and could picture staying there absolutely any time of year and loving it! Thank you for being great hosts!

This was our second stay at the Stuga. Last time was in May so we wanted to come back in the winter for some snow fun. Did some sledding at the house and some snowshoeing at Barr Hill Nature Preserve just up the street. A lot of fun and beautiful as always. Nancy and Bob are great hosts, always responsive. Will be back!

My fiance and I booked Dana and Mike’s place fairly last minute when our accommodations fell through for a college graduation weekend and we were NOT disappointed! Dana was so friendly right from our very first conversation; she even went over and put lights on for us as we wouldn’t be arriving at your typical Airbnb check in time. She didn’t want us to have to stumble around in the dark late at night and that was just so kind! Their beautiful home was absolutely stunning inside and out. Everything was so tastefully decorated and well laid out. Not to mention the care and thoughtfulness that went into the amenities themselves. Whether sitting by the stone fireplace at night with a drink in hand to unwind or having coffee and enjoying the light streaming in through the stained glass windows in the morning, you won’t be disappointed spending time in this unique home! It is truly one of a kind. We hadn’t even left the driveway before talking about another long family weekend here soon! 🩷

Very comfortable place, clean and easy to get to. Beautiful view of rising sun from kitchen and living room area. Loved watching birds from the kitchen window while drinking my coffee in the morning. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a great dinner or breakfast. Thank you!

This is truly a special place. We came to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, as he loves farms. There are two beautiful horses stabled on this property—we could see them from the porch! There is also a chicken coop, and two very friendly pups (that my son loved playing with). The land at Ogden’s Mill Farm is private and expansive, the cabin is welcoming and cozy, and the hosts are communicative and very kind. They supplied everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of firewood, as we used the fireplace every night that we were there. We took a walk down to the babbling brook, heard the rain falling softly on the tin roof, took a cold plunge in the pond, explored the old cider mill, and star gazed—all right there on the property. From start to finish, the visit was perfect and we felt at peace. I know for certain that my son will always remember his first trip to Vermont! I hope we return to this magical place someday.

Loved our stay at Lulu’s cozy, quaint and welcoming cottage! Lulu was very proactive with detailed check in instructions and was accessible during our stay. The cottage is tucked away, peaceful and had lovely views. We shopped and at dinner in Woodstock which is a wonderful area.

I had a wonderful stay at Cutter House! The beautiful grounds, with the charming red barn and friendly animals, created such a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the visits from the friendly, snuggly Great Pyrenees dog—such a gentle and affectionate companion who made the experience even more special. I loved spending time outdoors exploring the yard. The home itself is warm, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it was comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the fresh local coffee beans made my mornings extra special. The host Maria, was welcoming and communicative, providing helpful local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. Cutter House is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, cozy setting with a touch of furry warmth. I look forward to returning! Don't forget to ask about Grace! She holds a record in Maine!!

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.
