Waterfront vacation rentals in Saint Barthélemy

A wonderful spacious bungalow/apartment exactly 50 steps (I counted) from a paradise beach! Everything was perfect. We come to St Barts every year, but this year was the first time that we didn't have to get in the car, drive to the beach, find parking..... nothing can beat those 50 steps :D! Thank you Teresa, we can't wait to come back and stay for a month.

We had a fabulous stay in St. Barths at Natalies place. Location, Location, Location. Perfect for access to port of Gustavia and walks to shell beach, bakery for morning swim and croissants! Shopping and Restaurants. The apt is super clean, modern, lovely terrace and views of harbor and sunset are gorgeous. Bed is very comfortable. A/C works great. Nice shower. All Great. I would stay there again anytime! Natalie and Marco go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Marco even picked us up at the airport when we needed a ride. He then brought us a milk frother for cappuccino when I mentioned I liked that! So thoughtful! They go way above and beyond. Lovely people and a beautiful place. You will enjoy!

Clean apartment, very close to Corossol beach. Daily housekeeping provided, which was great. Very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!

This apartment exceeded expectations. The photos really do not do it justice. The recent upgrades are beyond impressive and the location the best possible in Gustavia. Peter, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. This is now my new "home" in St Barths! Thank you, Peter!!

My stay at this apartment was amazing! It is close and walking distance to the beach St. Jean and all the restaurants on it as well as to the airport which was really convenient. It has a parking lot right in front of the apartment which is very convenient too. As a solo traveler I also felt very safe which is really important to me. Guillaume was very helpful when it came to calling a taxi and also whenever I needed anything. He would reply and be there instantly. Everything is very clean and also beautifully decorated. I had a great stay.

Definitely would look to book this place again if in St Barts. Location is great in relation to beaches, Gustavia, restaurants, shops. Parking can be tricky but that is everywhere in St Barts. Extremely clean and personally I love the style of the apartment with a beachy French colonial charm, much more appealing and atmospheric than all the cookie cutter modern apartments. Benjamin had an extensive list of recommendations including identifying the beach beaches. Also he kindly let us add a couple hours for a late checkout due to our flight time. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is located in the center of the harbor allowing us to walk to dinner every night and not have to deal with driving. Andrew was very helpful and available to assist as needed, the daily housekeeping was a plus. The master bath was of great size however the upstairs bathroom which is shared amongst two bedrooms is very small.

Villa on the Rock was wonderful. It was very clean and private. The view was breathtaking. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. It was very nice to be able to walk 1 minute down to Flammands beach. Cleaning came twice during the stay which was appreciated.

Olivier's place was just perfect for our trip. The view is spectacular, as pictured. No AC in living room/Kitchen but there is a wonderful breeze throughout the living area, AC not needed. The AC in bedroom works great for sleeping. Kitchen has everything you need, well stocked. Very private villa on the hillside. There is additional seating areas outside the front door (not pictured) which is a nice relaxing area for eating or just hanging out. Le Christopher is really close to this villa, a great place to spend a day with a day pass to hang out at the pool, and relax. Villa is a short drive from Oasis grocery store (U Express), Bun's for pastries in the morning, and Le Bouchon, a casual local lunch/Dinner spot. Not too much further and the town of St. Jean has lots of restaurants, shops and of course amazing beach at Niki Beach/Eden Rock. Olivier responded to our questions within minutes. Overall a great place.

This is a very peaceful, relaxing space. Great view, private. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. I grew up in a tropical environment, it is important to understand this is an "open air" house so you are exposed to lots of ants and mosquitoes. You are about 15 minutes from most of the action on the island, but that is what we wanted. You are also right above the Toiny beach walking area which was awesome. Overall a great trip and home base.

The space is exactly as advertised, a beautiful oasis. Tina is a great host, she’s extremely responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay at this property was exceptional! A representative of the host met and personally escorted us to the property so that we would not get lost. Upon arrival you are treated to a beautiful view of Anse du Petit Cul-de-Sac, which you get to enjoy from your private deck every day, watching (and swimming with) the sea turtles who frequent the cove. The property is very private and unique. There are separate bedrooms with quality AC, but the rest of the property is open and airy (no mosquito issues) with outdoor dining and living room areas, a large bathroom, and a kitchen with all the appliances required for making meals at home (which we did with frequency). As others have commented, the natural beauty and privacy of the property allows you to really unwind. At the same time, you are just a short drive away from many restaurants and all of the beautiful beaches on the island. Our host was very responsive and provided helpful information. A truly unique experience!

Amazing stay in beautiful Lorient. The apartment is ideally located to everything you need. An easy walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants and more and centrally located to drive to everywhere on the island. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed to work remotely, cook dinners at home, and most of all, relax. Anica and Frederic met us to check in, answered all our questions, and provided everything we needed. We can’t wait to return.

Isabelle’s place was amazing. Great location, great value! We will be back again!

Barbara's place was amazing! So conveniently located, walking distance to everything in Gustavia! Christine was so lovely. She met me at the airport and escorted me to the house even moving around her day as my flight landed early. I defiantly will be looking to stay here again as it was such a great stay. Can not recommend enough!

Everything was great, the apartment had all the amenities needed, it was clean, perfect location, close to the best beaches and walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. The host gave fantastic recommendations for the stay and stayed in touch all the time.

The view from this apartment looks better in person and the pictures are beautiful. Our host and his local assistant Carla were both terrific, responsive and helpful. Unit is close to Nikki Beach and Eden Rock. Unit is close to several restaurants, our favorite is Le Piment, a classic French bistro. Thank you for the use of your apartment. Great week in St. Barts.
