Vacation rentals with a pool in Saint John

check in was easy, ferida allowed us in early,due an early flight. we stayed 10 nights and the cottage is amazing. well equipped with everything you need, clean and has the benefit of a lovely pool, which we used regularly. the area is lovely but slightly out of the main areas, so transport is required either taxi, bus or a rental, which are all easily accessible. however we walked pretty much every day to carlisle bay, which has the best beaches in our opinion, which was only approx a 20 min walk. the main restaurant and bars in the 'gap', is a 15min taxi ride away and is a must for a wide selection of classy restaurants with very good food. ferida also allowed us a late check out at the end of our stay, communication from ferida was regular and she answered all questions quickly.the only downside currently is the building work on both sides of the property, no fault of feridas but was a bit disturbing when relaxing round the pool, hopefully this will end soon and it will be peaceful.

Beautiful hideaway at the stunning Bottom Bay. Villa is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday. A quiet base to explore the Island of Barbados. As a family of 4 we have had the most amazing holiday, mixing pool days at the villa with excursions to the many stunning beaches around Barbados. The villa provided a home from home feel and we quickly fell in love with Island living.

Lovely apartment in a gated community. We booked last minute and needed a cot and the hosts were more than happy to sort everything before we arrived. The apartment has a nice pool and we were the only ones there in the day. It's also really easy to get the airport and the view from the balcony is lovely.

We had a great week in Barbados. The home had one of the best pools of any place we've ever stayed at (it was very large), and a fully covered patio was perfect to get out of the midday sun and escape the brief showers while staying completely dry. There's an essentially abandoned beach a 200 foot walk away, and if we saw 12 cars drive by the house in an entire week I'd be surprised. It's very quiet...but still within 10 minutes of Six Roads, 15 min of the airport, and anything you'd need. The kitchen was well equipped, the house is comfortable (we put the A/C on a few nights but if it was windy you could just leave everything open). Owners were friendly, the housekeeper Denise was lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for one second.

We absolutely loved our stay at Majestic Palms.of Avalon. The home was so beautiful and spacious and we felt right at home. The pool was spectacular and we thoroughly loved being able to swim at leisure whenever we felt like a dip. The view from the rooftop patio was so relaxing. Definitely needed a car to enjoy the island, but Riann helped us find an excellent rental option as well. I did not want to leave and most definitely we will be back and stay longer than 8 days next time. It was truly perfect for our family.

Lana and Brian are truly exceptional hosts! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt like part of their family. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning the next time we visit Barbados. Lana’s home provided a wonderful sense of security and comfort, and she was always incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her local recommendations were spot-on, helping us make the most of our trip. Renting a car was one of the best decisions we made, and thanks to Lana’s connection with a fantastic rental agency, we got an amazing deal. Exploring the island with ease made our experience even more magical. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Barbados, look no further—Lana and Brian’s hospitality is second to none!

What a gem ….. 10 ++ ! We loved our time at Glenn & Pat’s lovely home in the country! Peaceful, comfortable and cozy with all one needs to enjoy a restful holiday. We enjoyed the visits from Goldie & Harvey ….. well mannered pups indeed and Pat generously shared her delicious baking with us as well. They have thought of just about everything in the apartment to make your stay enjoyable…..sharing great stories and their personal favs for dining out! Do note though that as the location is rural, these lovely restaurants are no more than a 15-20 drive away. Glenn & Pat provided lots of useful information about their area of the island. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and will look forward to a return visit.

We're a family of 4, with two boys aged 15 and 18. Both boys said it was one of the best places they'd ever stayed (which we both agreed with). Peter is such a kind and generous person, someone who makes you feel so much better having met him. Made us a welcome meal the evening we arrived and had a great chat with him, such an interesting person, could have talked for hours. Pizza night was brilliant as was the jam night - both communal events where we got to know the other lovely guests. I was even inspired to play some music with Peter and friends which has got me back into playing the guitar regularly again. The only downside was the mozzies as you're mainly outside or with open windows. There's no aircon, but the breeze and fans cool you. Not for those who don't like dogs, wildlife and communal stuff. Strumming a guitar loaned from Peter on the deck of the Cottage each day is something I'll never forget. We'll definitely be back. Thankyou Peter.

It was a very nice place and looks just like the photos! A beautiful view and beautiful home. Host answered any questions I had promptly and was very helpful in the information she gave. Would definitely go back!
