Great place! Clean and close to everything. Good communication and great accommodations!

The home was very clean and well-maintained, which was important for me since I was staying here while on a work trip. The owner is very responsive as well.

Mitten's apartments are my first choice when visiting Ann Arbor. Everything provided, even basic cooking spices. Coffee provided is great, I like the coffee.

This apartment was exactly as described and equipped with all you need for a shorter or longer stay. The location in Kerrytown within walking distance to the University of Michigan is great and all the stores for daily needs are also within easy reach. The Livesuites team was extremely helpful and quick to respond, even on weekends. It should be noted that Kerrytown is a popular part of town and can sometimes get noisy at night.

The space was nice e and worked well for our family. Enough room to spread out and have our own room. Close to restaurants and campus. Nice amenities, was nice to have kitchen and washer and dryer. Building is locked and felt safe.

This is second time staying in this complex while visiting Ann Arbor. It is right downtown and includes parking pass so that you are able to walk around town so easily! Love this location and the apartments are beautiful. Also very comfortable and a great space! Will definitely stay again on future visits!

Loved the location! Minutes from EVERYWHERE. Enjoyed a glass of wine and reading on the front balcony while watching the neighbors walk their dogs. The coffee shop and bakery is just two blocks away and both delicious. Love the historical neighborhood. Close enough to downtown but prefer being more like a local.

Great spot, perfect for our needs! The slider access to the backyard was very nice to have with our dog in tow. Fully stocked kitchen came in very handy over the holiday. Will book again!

Michelle place was wonderful! The place had the historic home feel and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful area of town just a short walk to downtown, park, and river. Really close to the hospital if you're staying in town to visit a loved one. Highly recommend Michelle's Place!

The SteadII Properties is the PERFECT Getaway! Clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing! Two bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room space. And the bed, super comfy. The show was Amazing and perfect for two! Had a quick question about the tv- in less than 5 minutes, we were good to go. The location is super close to downtown, allowing access to amazing restaurants. Yet a nice location, easy to order and have delivered. The check-in policy was super easy. And extremely secure. We felt safe and sound, like home. My Husband and I had a wonderful time cultivating our marriage- quality time like we were far away from home. Yet close - with an at-home feel. Looking forward to our next stay! Definitely a Gem!

This was a perfect stay for our family of 4 (plus our dog) in a pinch while some work was done on our house. Host was super responsive and also worked to help with some extra details ahead of our stay. We each had plenty of space in the cozy unit. It's clean and the kitchen had everything you need for basic meal prep. The deck and Christmas lights were a bonus in the snowy weather and it was nice to have a view of nature from the back door. As mentioned in several reviews and the property description, the stairs up to the unit are unusually steep but nothing serious for almost anyone - easy to get used to quickly. Very nice grocery store, gas station and several restaurant choices close by (within a half mile). We would highly recommend. Excellent value and location.

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. Great place to stay! Everything was as described and we were very comfortable. Host extended our checkout time which was very helpful and they always communicated clearly. Location was convenient to lots of local places including the farmer’s market and coffee shops.

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

We attended a concert at GLC Live and chose this condo as a place to go afterwards in lieu of a hotel. I'm so glad we found it. It's in the middle of downtown and so close to some really amazing restaurants. The duel headed shower was nice and the bed was REALLY comfortable. Top Notch Decor, loved the dart board, and the roof top hot tub. Thanks again for opening up your home to us!

The apartment was well stocked. We enjoyed the stay. We really loved how close it was to downtown! A heads up for those visiting, the building feels like a college dorm. Not too big and noise travels easily. We felt we had to be extra quiet most of the time.
