Vacation rentals in Saint-Martin-de-Boscherville

Nous avons passé un magnifique week end en famille dans un endroit merveilleux. Véronique est une hôte comme on en fait peu : elle est reactive et surtout très attentionnée. à notre arrivée une confiture et un jus de pomme maison nous attendaient ainsi que des œufs des poules du jardin. Le décor était fixé pour que l'on passe un moment parfait. Le logement est d'un calme incroyable avec des animaux adorables que l'on pouvait côtoyer ainsi que beaucoup d'accessoires pour les enfants et les grands. Quand nous avons voulu profiter de la piscine Véronique à immédiatement faut le nécessaire. nous reviendrons avec plaisir

très bonne expérience dans la maison proposée par Anne et Nicolas. Accolé a leur ferme pédagogique associative que nous avons pris grand plaisir a visiter, vous profitez aussi des chevaux du centre équestre attenant et des biquettes dans le jardin. la maison est suffisamment grande. Nous étions 3 familles avec 6 enfants ! La communication est très fluide et les départs/arrivées très flexibles!

Logement atypique, très charmant. Hangar aménagé en salle à manger idéal pour les repas en belle saison. Des recoins à l'extérieur qui ont fait le bonheur des enfants. Bon accueil de Manuela. Nous pouvons que recommander!

c'est un endroit que je conseille fortement Jean-Philippe et sa compagne ont été d'un accueil exceptionnel c'est un endroit magnifique avec un potentiel incroyable j'envie les personnes qui seront la, la semaine prochaine car j'avais hâte d'y revenir. à

We’ve stayed in Matthieu’s place for almost a month. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. For the two of us and a dog it was a perfect size. Even bigger than it looks on photos. The place was clean and the sheets and towels can be changed regularly for clean ones. There is also shared washing machine in the building. It is possible to work remotely as the internet was quite fast. The large garden has lots of seating and even grill. The area was very nice, you can go kayaking on the nearby river or just walk or use rail bicycle on the old railway just behind the house. There is a airbnb for the groups in the neighbouring building but we didn’t find it disruptive and couldn’t really hear any noise inside. In general we were quite happy and can recommend.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Maison agréable, bien chauffée, pouvant accueillir plusieurs membres d’une famille. Bel espace vert, environnement très calme et bien reposant. Hôte bien réactif, échanges très cordiaux.
