Accommodation with independent entrance (outdoor staircase) located in the center of the village of St-Méthode (now Saint-Félicien) on the 2nd floor of my ancestral residence. Accommodation: 1 double bedroom, bathroom (bath and shower) living room and dining area (it is not a full kitchen) with small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, coffee, milk, tea, sugar etc. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the river. Garage available for bikes or motorcycles.

Simplify your life by staying in this quiet, well-located home. Beautiful three and a half room apartment, very clean and close to all services. Possibility of adding a single bed or a playpen that can be used as a bed if needed. Located in the basement of the family residence and very well lit with large windows. We are a couple with an eleven-year-old boy. Everything is there except the air conditioning but the basement is just right for the temperature it gives off.
