Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

The lake is perfect for swimming, water sports, and fishing. Federated and non-federated mountain bike/snowmobile trails are accessible near the chalet. A BBQ, a fire pit in the summer, and outdoor games are just a few of the amenities that will make your trip more enjoyable. Cellular service is available at the cottage.

Chalet in the heart of the forest - St-Prime. Lac St-Jean

You will have access to the 5 km of trails of our wooded lot as well as 2 km of the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. You can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. Note: For the winter season, there will be no running water. I will bring you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Ideal for 2 people.

Summer: For fans of rafting or kayaking on the Mistassibi River or hiking along the river. Access to small bays for swimming or admiring the rapids. Winter: Enjoy the snowshoe trails. Near the snowmobile trails, the 49th Parallel Gateway.

The Lac St-Jean cottage (St-Félicien sector)

This unique place, directly on a private beach without elevation, is a haven of peace. On the second floor, a loft reserved for the owners. There is a private bathroom, comfortable living room and cozy bedroom. A balcony will allow you to admire the splendid Lac St-Jean. The location of the cottage is ideal, just 7-10 minutes from the town of Saint-Félicien. Close to attractions like the Zoo de St-Félicien.
