In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Our lovely house is near to the golf of the Castle of the Battlefield of Le Neubourg, 25 kms from Rouen, 50 kms from Honfleur and the garden of Giverny (painter Monet) an near to all conveniences. On the leisure side : two bicycles at your disposal to discover the green lane for a stroll on the Normand heritage. You will appreciate our house for its calm, its charm, and the nature surroundings. Perfect place for a romantic or family escape (with 2 small children)

Charming brick house with indoor pool! House of 40 m2 independent of our dwelling on our peaceful property (4 people max). The pool is heated to 29 degrees from April to November 2. Close to all amenities: restaurants, shops, cinema, market (Wednesday morning). An ideal location to discover Normandy: to visit the treasures of the region, whether for sports, cultural or family activities.
