Warm apartment of 35 m2 on the ground floor of an old reversible oil mill in the 1950s. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière Domaine International France Italie or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.

You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.
