Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa ! L’accueil de l’hôte a été d’une chaleur et d’une attention rares, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. La villa est impeccable, très confortable et décorée avec goût, offrant un cadre idéal pour se détendre. L’emplacement est parfait et l’hôte toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. One of the best accommodations I've experienced on Airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need. The surroundings are very quiet, which makes it really easy to relax. The highlight for me was the outdoor area with the cute pool, for relaxing, especially under the stars of the Arabian nights. Communication with Els was wonderful and always very helpful. Thank you for everything:)

★★★★★ Amazing Villa – Perfect Stay! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic—close to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it a breeze to cook meals, and the pool was a great place to relax (in the evening no sun on the backyard which is amazing in such a hot weather). The host was truly wonderful—responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. We had such a fantastic time that we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

The place is great and as described in the listing and its details. The host is quick to respond making things easier. Wonderful place to stay in a residential compound. A quite and peaceful place to relax. One thing to consider if planning to travel around is that a vehicle will be needed. The place is a bit inward, but has delivery services (Talabat) for groceries.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!

Seaside 2-BR: Charming Apt

Saif's listing has wifi, despite the description of no wifi. So that was great. The apartment is on 4th floor, with a very well functioning lift. We had some problem with no water in the bathrooms on the second day, but that was quickly resolved by Abdallah, the housekeeper. No complaints there. Everything in the house worked very well, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Could comfortably sleep 6 people (3 double beds in 2 rooms), 2 bathrooms, great kitchen, washing machine. Has a small coffee machine, air fryer, gas cooker and oven/grill, microwave, kettle, pots and pans. A chef would be happy here. Very close to the beach, superb sunrise view from the bedroom window. Close to convenience stores, cafes, even barber and laundry. Saif was superb, always responded promptly. Nothing lacking. Not easy to get public transport here though. All in all, highly recommended. Will stay here again if we ever come to this beautiful Salalah.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa von Sabrina und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Sabrina hat bei Fragen etc. sehr schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung. Die Villa ist gut zu finden. Ab dem Airport SLL ist Hawana schon ausgeschildert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt davor vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Sabrina war so lieb und hatte Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt sowie ein paar Chips/Snacks. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Auch einige Gewürze, Öle etc. waren vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse mit Lagunenblick steht ein großer Tisch, so dass man auch draußen essen kann. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Ab und an ist abends in einem nahen Hotel Kinderdisco, aber spätestens ab 23 Uhr ist Ruhe. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden). Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

كل شي كان رائعا ونفس الوصف ماعدا الواي فاي حاولت ان اتواصل مع المضيف لكنه لم يجيب لانه من ضمن الوصف هناك واي فاي لكن بالحقيقه لا يوجد عدا ذلك كل شي كان جميلاً .

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Salalah. The space was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. A good budget friendly spot for couples. Some additional touches can make the space better such as providing an electric kettle, iron (even if without a board), complimentary toiletries/water even if not such a big deal, bigger dustbin for the kitchen, tissues, etc. Overall, the stay was pleasant and Osama is easily reachable and responsive.

The view from the flat was absolutely gorgeous. The place is right in front of a huge and beautiful beach, close to Wadi Darbat, easy to access by car. There is nothing better than hearing the sound of the waves when you wake up. I definitely recommend this place.
