We enjoyed our stays at Dawn’s. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get access to the highway and local shoppings. We also enjoyed the balcony during sunny days. Dawn is a very nice host and very responsive to our questions. We would like to recommend Dawn’s place.

My wife and I stayed with Michael to attend a wedding at Bellevue Hall. The house was perfect, as it was only a 5 mins drive from the venue and had plenty of food options nearby. Michael was incredibly responsive and was flexible with a specific need we had to make the location work. The expectations were all clear and logistics were smooth from early communication to check-out. Neighborhood was comfortable as well. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay for an event at Bellevue or just need a quiet place to relax.

Bebe's house is a sanctuary. Can't say enough about how peaceful and restful this house is. I never want to leave- this was my second time there, and it was even better than I remember it. Often when asking my kids what ideas they have for upcoming vacations, they ask for Bebe's house!

Tyeesa's home very clean and spacious. We loved the front porch and the piano.

The place looked exactly like pictured. It was wonderful having parking right in front that was private.! The kitchen was beautifully appointed and we did cook an easy meal with no problems as many said it is very quiet staying here.! we used Uber and Lyft a couple times and they were always available within five minutes at a reasonable rate!

we went to The Sora for the night before my wedding and the day of. Tom was SOOOO helpful, giving options for things to eat and do in the area. it also smelled AMAZING as soon as we went in. everything is the house is labeled (cabinets and actual items) which just made you feel like everything was there. there’s so many cleaning products, extra towels, wash cloths, PHONE CHARGERS, everything. Just so so awesome

This was my 4th stay at Shalamar’s place. I’ve been using AirBnB for over a decade… he has to be the best/most flexible/easiest host to communicate with that I’ve ever had!!! After every stay I reached out with a request for the an upcoming stay and EVERY time he made accommodations for me. 1st stay I asked for kitchen items so I could pack lunches/drinks for work. Everything I requested was provided on my return. The next stay I requested an adjustment to a stay because I wouldn’t be in town for 3 nights-he helped me out then. The 3rd visit I needed to check in really early that morning because of a flight change-he immediately contacted me to work it out. The location, home and host are all fabulous!!!!

Janine’s place was very comfortable, stylish and had wonderful selection of coffee, teas and snacks. We would definitely stay again!

David was an incredible host during my stay in Wilmington - he was proactively communicative, as well as supportive / flexible to shifts in our travel plans. This apartment quickly felt like home during my extended stay - it's fully furnished with everything we needed, a short walk to the office downtown, and right across the street from a lovely park. I'd highly recommend staying short-term or long-term at any of David's Airbnbs.

I cannot recommend Regina and her place enough! She was incredibly proactive before and during my stay, often reaching out to ensure everything was set. Her kindness and friendliness made me feel right at home, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. The space itself was great! It was cozy and exactly as described. It’s clear that she cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a wonderful stay.

I had the best experience with Bob. I needed a last-minute Airbnb, and he came through for me! He truly saved the day, even though it was late! Not only did he accommodate a late check-out, but the rooms were also spacious, clean, and had more than I could ask for, all at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming back, Bob! Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Wonderful stay in Wilmington near Cool Springs Park. Carol is exceptionally accommodating. I was here for about 10 weeks for a Summer Associate program at a law firm in town. Perfect for long term stays and pet friendly. I had some minor issues with the lock getting in but Carol and Evette's repairman was able to get it fixed. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely. Very safe and near a park which was great for my dog. When I return to Wilmington permanently I want to be in the same area this AirBnb was in. Overall highly recommend.

This is a great unit. Nikhil has thought of every detail and provided wonderful linens, toiletries, drinks, chargers, and the most comfortable bed! The unit is quiet and the off street parking was very convenient.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

Nikhil is a wonderful host. He’s understanding, responsive and so caring. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where the host has so much care and attention to detail. Everything you need is provided - snacks, water, a variety of different shampoos/conditioners/soaps, stain removing solutions/wipes, floss, perfumes, colognes, lotions, games, exercise equipment, steamers, irons, detergent, make up removing wipes - literally everything! All drawers and light switches are also nicely labeled which is so helpful. Overall - great, fully stocked Airbnb with parking. Also definitely appreciated the heated floors in the bathrooms along with the awesome shower head!
