A little piece of heaven in the peaceful forest, very quiet and so pleasant to rest. Lara and her dad are very friendly, and welcomed us warmly. The equipment of the accommodation is very complete, there is everything to cook, it was really useful! We had a great time, thank you so much 🙏🏽

Great house and spacious yard for kids and dogs. Very good BBQ area table! Remember to bring repellent. A ceiling fan in the living room/ kitchen and barbecue area would be wonderful. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and all very clean. We love and I will definitely be back. There are beautiful beaches in São Sebastião, going by car is very close. I recommend :)

Very good stay, compact and functional house, well clean and equipped. Environment really petfriendly. We went with two adults and one teenager and we had a great experience. Felipe very attentive.

The house is very good, spacious. The garden is beautiful, the river in the background is wonderful. The sound of the rapids/waterfall is very relaxing. The rooms do not have air-conditioning and we did not get hot at night, but it was rainy. Access is by dirt road, and it was potholed because of the rain, but we chose a place in the middle of the woods, so we already expected it. Priscila was extremely attentive, flexible check-in, she attended to us promptly. This is a place to really rest, without luxury, in the middle of the woods.

We loved the house! It was all wonderful, quiet and family condominium, everything clean and organized, very spacious, comfortable environment, we felt at home. Mr. Eduardo and Mr. Wellington were very polite and attentive, we just have to thank you. I hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed it and enjoyed it a lot. The house is very spacious, it was clean. Isabela always considerate, kind and understanding. The housekeeper Sandra was also very kind and considerate. I highly recommend it.

We very much like the accommodation. Equal house of the advertised. Due to the weather, we used the pool a lot, which by the way to it yielded beautiful photos. Very nice and quiet climate. Eder was very friendly and kind, offered to help us on the way back. Always ready. Note 10 👍🏻

We love the building, we take rainy days and the building has an indoor pool and other ways to have fun, Katia always attentive, gentle and very easy to deal with. It is not so close to the beach, but the path is quiet and pleasant. We'll be back for sure.

Gislene was a real angel! From before we arrived until it was time for us to leave. It was all clean, everything running right, the place is super cozy, we feel at home! We had never visited São Sebastião, Gislene gave us all the support and helped us with everything we need, no doubt the best possible host! Our stay at Eduardo's apartment was exceptional. The accommodation faithfully matched the photos, and Eduardo was extremely attentive throughout the booking process. When we arrived, the apartment was impeccable, with a pleasant smell and very well organized. The beach access is super quiet, and the condominium offers all the necessary amenities and even more. The condominium employees were extremely kind and polite. Township Worth every penny and we absolutely intend to go back!

The place is simply charming, great to disconnect from the running routine of the big cities, and live an experience of full contact with nature… to smell the forest, the singing of birds, the noise of the river waters running between the stones, the noise of the animals of the local fauna, and the full connection of all this with the sea and paradisiacal places of the meeting of the sea with beautiful rivers… Not to mention the cozy and comfortable accommodation space, with all rustic touch and very well done, which makes the experience super special. Mrs. Sonia is always very helpful and polite, she answers questions quickly. The apartment is very good and well equipped, we felt at home. The people who work there are also to be congratulated, always polite and willing to help, a 10 for the Janitor. Rental costs are compatible with what the apartment offers. Well located near the beach.

This place is magical, it seems to have come straight out of a fairytale book. Every detail of the cottage is beautiful and cosy, you really feel at home there. It is the perfect place for people who want to get away from the noise of the city, and get lost in the rustic and cozy climate of the chalet. Very private, quiet and peaceful. I thank Lyncoln and Maria Fernanda, who welcomed me with open arms and helped with what I needed. The place was impeccable, I would definitely come back a thousand more times if I could!

We live unique moments in the mountain cottage. Extremely clean and welcoming place! The view is beautiful! The hosts were also super attentive! Attention point is the access to the chalet: it is a very steep climb, with gravel that can make the car skid (depending on the vehicle). Mil note for decoration, cleaning, location and comfort. The place is much better than in the photos. a real refuge in the midst of nature. The chalet is extremely cozy, beautiful decoration of very good taste. Every detail was minimally thought to provide the feeling of being at home. The kitchen even though there is no microwave (as already described in the listing) we are not missed. The village had all the utensils we needed, in addition to having spices. in the bathroom there was soap and shampoo, things that were hard to find elsewhere. Another important point is privacy, which despite having neighbors around the dam, does not hinder anything. The outer area is a separate attraction, such as the campfire area, the sun loungers. Not to mention the dam itself, great for bathing and kayaking. It has several fishing, ball, dominoes and cards for the guest, in addition to the beach and sunshine chairs. Dyana always very attentive, was at your disposal all the time. This chalet is well worth it, as there is a lot that is not found elsewhere

Casa de caiçara, simple but that served me very well, is by the river, my dog has had a lot of fun, is close to the waterfalls and has everything close, supermarkets, pharmacy and etc., the house is less than 10 minutes from the beach, excellent.

We love staying at the cottage. Great place for a couple. Rustic place, well airy and with a wonderful view of the forest. Wake up seeing different kinds of birds in the trees. The place was clean and had several items available for convenience. Even though it rains, we enjoyed the place well. We made a barbecue, pizza, … We'll come back more often, for sure.

Perfect place! 5 min drive to the house, but in the midst of nature and with a totally safe trail. The house is spectacular, with the most beautiful view we've ever had. A very well equiped kitchen. It has no towels and no sheets, only thick covered, as I have rhinitis, I thought I was going to curl,but I didn't feel anything. A night of flawless sleep, very pleasant time inside the room. Very good indications in our friend Junior. nearby supermarket. Very cute sunset. It really was a great stay. Already waiting for we return.

The place is gorgeous, as in the photos. We were made to feel very welcome. The only suggestion is that, for the amount charged, they could provide bedding. We had a very good weekend.
