It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Our charming apartment, located 700m from the beach, is perfect for couples or families. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, and a dining area. In addition, it has a private garage. At the top of the building you can find a private terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol. Nearby, you'll find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Villa Merise is a 1970s villa full of vintage, with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The veranda and garden have the view of a postcard, a private pool and a fruit orchard. The villa is located on the N-340, the main coastal road between the authentic seaside resorts of Salobreña and Almuñécar. Beaches, restaurants and culture are within 5 minutes by car, but there may also be some noise. The name Merise refers to the fantastic sea view.
