Vacation rentals in Samos Prefecture

“In July 2019 we stayed in the Beach House with two adults and two kids (aged 14 and 12) and liked it a lot. It was our first stay there and our second time in Kokkari (after more than 20 years). The location is perfect: magnificent scenery, extremely close to beach and village but still very quiet. You live next to locals and tourists. The roof terrace is superb, but you have to keep in mind, that the way up may challenging for people with limited mobility. You will appreciate the big fridge and the washing machine. (We never used the air dryer as we cold sun-dry our washing in the little yard beyond the kitchen.) The kitchen supplies the essentials for its purpose and if you might miss a certain equipment, improvisation will help. (We managed to cook and bake everything we planned to.) The only thing our kids were missing was a central meeting point like a living-room, but there is enough space to sit and play in the kitchen or on the roof terrace. The care-taker Sofia is a lovely Greek lady and Yannis as our host quickly took care of our needs in advance and on place (e.g. organizing a taxi to pick us up at the airport etc.) All in all a wonderful and relaxing fortnight in Kokkari leaving us with only one possible conclusion: We will come back.”

“We’ve absolutely loved Aglaia and her cosy flat. It will make you miss the Island even more after you leave. The flat even has a great view on the Aegean sea which will warm you up in the morning. It was also very neat and clean when we arrived. Not only the flat itself but also the house in which it resides was cute and cosy with a beautiful entry area. Aglaia is also a very warn and helpful person. She gave us good tips about the island and was ready to answer all of our questions. Overall we had a great experience with Aglaia and the flat.”
