A paradise place near the bustle of the summer city. With my family we felt more comfortable than in our own home; so much that before concluding the stay, we already missed the place. Without hesitation, we would come back when there is a new occasion. The owner and family were very kind and loving. The host Sergio did not stay behind while being attentive at all times about our family stay. Thank you for everything!!!

Everything was smooth and perfect, very very relaxing

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

You hardly believe you are in Paraguay when you enter the very modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished house of Richard and Alex. The house offers everything your heart desires, even a bathtub and dishwasher. The pool area offers a lot of privacy and is only available to the guests of the two identical vacation homes. These are very quiet in the midst of wonderful nature, from horses, cows to chickens, including a private forest for relaxing walks. If you value peace and privacy, this is the place to be, including impressive sunsets. The wonderful hosts Richard and Alex also live on the spacious grounds and are always there when you need them. They always have an open ear for the wishes of their guests and give tips for the area. Fully recommended! We will be back!

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. Luciana place was as described, and was perfect for our stay as an adult family. The yard is large with frangipani and jasmine plants, which made a nice setting. Pool was enjoyed by all! Inside the house was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice quality furnishings and commodities. Host was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Great place with a beautiful pool, with a view. A cozy apartment with a good king bed, smart TV and good air conditioning. Super hot the water, something excellent. The cinema room is phenomenal, as is the area for the asados. Friendly and attentive staff. I would return to this place. Recommended.

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: impeccable and with clean note 10. Everything is super new, and the shower is just amazing! The space is fully equipped, with attention to every detail to ensure comfort. Our stay was excellent, and we will definitely return!
