Excellent stay and very friendly!

From arrival you get an excellent impression, it is a very comfortable apartment, it offers privacy spaces. It has a balcony that allows for a nice and relaxing view. The area is residential, safe, easily accessible. Those responsible for the security are very attentive. A highly recommended hosting experience.

Very cozy and is located in a very good sector. Close to everything

A few words about my stay: Andres' place is on the 22nd floor, and offers a sweeping view that you can enjoy while sipping your tea or coffee. There is a guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The master bedroom is comfortable , and has an attached washroom. The kitchen is a little on the small side if you enjoy preparing your meals. Overall, Andres was very responsive when I had a question: he answered consistently within an hour or so. Reassuring! The gym below the parking garage is adequately equipped, and provided a great way to start my day.

The apartment is spectacular!, very comfortable, nice, clean, with everything you need, the terrace is a wonder!, it is even nicer than what you can appreciate in the photos, the elevator arrives right in front of the apartment door, it is very well located, it is well-lit and ventilated, the view is beautiful and both the hosts and the ladies of the toilet and the goal staff of the building were supremely friendly, respectful and willing to collaborate, some great people. In conclusion a great experience, we had a wonderful time and hope to return and stay again in that great apartment.

Hey, first time in medellín and also using Airbnb and it was a great experience, the apartment comfortable and very great, had everything we needed, we really liked the location, quite recommended if you want a place with the 3 b, (good, nice and cheap). 10/10

Paula's apartment is excellent. It is spotless, in a very convenient location and in a super quiet sector. The beds are comfortable and have all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. In addition, Paula was always very attentive to what was needed. Super recommended!

Great place to stay, Lili and Andres were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. we felt like home. The where house is cosy and the terrace is amazing to chill with a nice view on Medellín. Very quiet barrio with good options for food and restaurants around. We also did the bicycle tour with Andres, which was super fun and interesting. We highly recommend it. It gives you a nice view of the city and a good knowledge about the local life. thanks again and for sure we will come back! Jo&Thibault

Very good place, it is quiet and you arrive without getting lost, even though the street 70 is very close and there is noise, nothing comes or is heard in the house, I will definitely stay there again, thank you very much Nathaly!🫶🏾

Everything was very good, 🤗 the place was the same as the photos, everything was very clean, it had an organized kitchen with everything you need to spend an excellent stay. We enjoyed an excellent stay, the kindness of the administrators and the people of latin prime who were always attentive to all doubts. I recommend this place.

A very comfortable and quiet place, with everything you need to stay, it is close to the square, communication with Natalia was quick, a very friendly person
