A simple, stylish apartment with an artistically spirit. Nice look into the courtyard, which was quite quiet. Cecilia and her family were very welcoming hosts.

I rate 10/20 because the apt is beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. I was surprised to have a quincho of our own which we were able to enjoy . The location is excellent, 7 blocks from mariscal shopping, and a block away has a super 24hs. 24-hour security is also very friendly. All easy to get around by car. The area is so cute with modern buildings. A few minutes away from everything by car. And Marcelo surprised us with some sodas and attention chocolates. A gesture that my children loved. Very equipped with spotless appliances, even a washing machine that we did not use but which was beautiful. The truth is a luxury. We will come back safely and recommend 100%.

I had a great stay at Guille's house. It's located in a beautiful lush neighborhood walkable to many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Guille was great with communication and always there to help. The home is even bigger than the photos indicate - so much space! Air conditioning and water pressure/heat were very good. My flight arrived and departed late in the evening and this wasn't an issue for check-in/out. Recommended!

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

Excellent and recommended place to stay and have a peaceful and pleasant stay. The area is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby and quick accesses . The only thing a little far from the center and a lot of traffic I take into account the times when leaving somewhere. Sergio's attention was always excellent, always attentive with everything, and very communicative. The big and beautiful house. 100% recommended.

Enzo and his mom were very friendly, they were always attentive, they waited for us with a rich snack and soft drinks. The house is nicer than in the photos, with all the comforts and in a nice area (quiet and close to shopping, 24 hours, etc.)

Very nice place I felt comfortable but the cable TV was missing and the drinking water system was missing.

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

The apartment is very comfortable and is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with good weather. You have everything you need to cook, eat, and rest, plus both hot and cold water. Check-in was super quick, even though we entered and left the building in the early morning. As it was a little cold we did not use the pool on the terrace but it has a spectacular view of the city, perfect for conversation and enjoy. In addition to it, Valentín is an excellent anfritrión; responds to the second and always prompt to help and dialogue about his experiences in Paraguay, as well as the goalkeepers — I definitely recommend this location!

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Excellent apartment! Good location in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very nice, fully equipped, with two full rooms with two double beds and split in each, a small balcony with a beautiful view. The carriageway enters a car quietly, I don't know if a truck or a long car. And to highlight the guards of the building, very friendly and helpful! Surely we will come back without a doubt! 100% recommended!

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

It is recommended to everyone, I arrived at the site, impeccable cleaning, safe place, with a 24-hour porter, always attentive and whoever comes in, very good to sleep calm and a lot of tree around, perfect air conditioning, I will be back soon...
