Very unique, authentic, and comfortable Southwest style home with tremendous charm and warmth, 12 miles down San Miguel Canyon from the historic town of Telluride, Colorado. Telluride is home to a world class ski area, two film festivals, several music festivals including Bluegrass in the summer and Chamber Music and Blues Festivals in the Fall. Telluride offers a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife. Sit on the sunny decks or enjoy a fire in one of the 3 Kiva style fireplaces throughout the house in winter or fall. Cook meals on a beautiful six burner stove in a kitchen with a fireplace called The Rio Pecos Cafe. Fifteen minutes to Telluride and a half hour drive to Ouray Hot Springs. There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #00026) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

STR 2020-20 This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with all amenities located in a scenic countryside setting. Driving distance from Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway. Great for family vacations, hunting trips, hiking, and biking. This house is for rent nightly or weekly. We can not accommodate any pets. Please note that the base price is for 2 guests; additional guests are $30 each. We do keep track of the number of guests in the house, simply because we care about our home.

San Miguel River Get-Away - Easy Drive toTelluride

I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.
