Vacation rentals with a patio in San Pedro

Beautiful apartment right in the middle of the action of Cali. Apartment is very well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. Host is very kind and responsive. I’d definitely recommend the apartment and would consider go there again on a next visit to Cali.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The view was better than expected. It’s a cozy place to arrive to. I had one surprise although it seems to be quite common in these apartment complexes- the hot water is almost non existent. The other feedback I’d give to the host is in regards to the beds; they’re comfortable but something about the shape made it easy to roll off; or maybe something I noticed because traveling with infant. I do recommend this place for folks visiting whether family or more party enthusiasts.

The place matches the photos perfectly, it's warm and it's very nice to be there, it feels like home. Juan was always very respectful, kind and above all helpful I would definitely stay there again.

The place is exactly in the pictures; the super good location close to supermarkets, drug stores, universities and close to the cc garden plaza. It was very easy to get to with the host's directions, everything was very clean and organized.

Great hosts. María Fernando and her husband made me feel at home and were super helpful during my stay. The apartment is as described. The location is in a residential neighborhood just outside of a tourist area so best of both worlds. Great experience.

Excellent apartment and service

Comfortable apartment and close to everything! The apartment is very comfortable, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. It is close to good restaurants, the Valle del Lili Clinic, the Jardín Plaza Mall and the Pance River. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Recommended!

Highly recommended. Beautiful apartment, super clean and Maria is a great host. Very helpful in all. She even ensured that we could store part of our luggage for a week. Really very nice all and we really felt at home there.

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Excellent accommodation! It met our expectations! The apartment is very clean, just as shown in the photos! My daughter had a birthday and we were able to celebrate it in the unit with all the protocol and permits in the living room and pool! Very friendly people, the security guards at the entrance, and above all, I'd like to highlight the kindness of Mr. Jairo! Thanks Don John who was always available and attentive to our stay from afar. 🏠 We would definitely come back 🙌🏻
