Charles is an excellent host, so warm, friendly, responsive, welcoming and hospitable. The place is convenient in the extreme, surrounded by delicious food, sights and amenities, including super easy transit access. The furnishings are comfortable, especially the bed which felt just like my own bed at home! I especially loved the laundry set up. Highly recommend!

Generally comfortable stay for 9 of us. Location was good, within walking distance to public transport, restaurants etc

We had a wonderful stay here with our two children (3yo + 3mo). The host was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs, making us feel well cared for throughout our time. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Host provided more comforters when it got chilly and a flexible storage of our luggages after check-out which we truly appreciate going out of the way to help us. Located in a quiet estate near Ximen, it offered a peaceful retreat. The occasional sounds of cats and raindrops added to the local charm, as we were staying on the top floor.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the incredible hospitality of Adam and Fancy. We were so grateful that they patiently waited for our late arrival (past 10 PM) on check-in day. They were incredibly helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything about the apartment and providing excellent recommendations for local activities and food. The location is a major advantage, conveniently situated between Ximen station and Longshan Temple. Both are just a short 5-10 minute walk away, and there's a convenient Family Mart right outside. Even with 6 people and a lot of luggage, the apartment felt surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We found this place to be excellent value and would absolutely recommend it to other groups of friends or families, especially given the great location and ample space.

We had a group of 8 and had an amazing stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Ximending, with food and shopping just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the unit was quiet and provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped to accommodate all of us comfortably. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend for large groups!

Excellent location, opposite public transportation, and a short walking distance to the MRT and Ximending. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the area. The host was very prompt in responding (within an hour) and waited for us to arrive despite our flight being delayed at night. They provided great tips on where to eat, what to buy, and places to visit. The unit was clean, in a safe location, and offered great value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back on our next visit to Taiwan. Thank you to the host for maintaining such a high quality of service.

우선 친절하게 맞이해주신 호스트님 정말 감사합니다💗 시댁과 함께하는 여행에 숙소를 정말 많이 알아봤고, 호텔은 한 방에 6명이 불가해서 이 숙소에 머물렀는데 정말 정말 좋았습니다. 사진과 모든 부분이 일치하고 침구와 욕실도 깔끔했으며 여분의 수건도 준비되어 있었습니다. 입구에 1차로 열쇠가 있고 집 문은 이중으로 되어있어 안전했습니다‼️ 시먼딩 중심가와 굉장히 가깝고 바로 옆에 세븐일레븐도 있고 바로 앞에 우버를 불러서 타고 내리기에도 좋았습니다. 호스트님께 연락을 드리면 바로바로 답장이 오는 것도 정말 좋았습니다! 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 샤워기 필터도 장착되어있어서 쾌적했습니다 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 대만에 여행오게 된다면 꼭 재방문 하고싶은 숙소입니다😖😖😖 정말 감사합니당 :)

대만 여행을 준비하면서 숙소를 고민했는데, 이번에 선택한 Yu-Han 님의 숙소는 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 타이베이와 가깝고 교통이 편리한 **신베이시 산총구(Sanchong District)**에 위치한 숙소로, 미지 MRT역 1번 출구 바로 앞이라 이동이 너무 편리했어요. 근처에 편의점도 많아서 필요한 물건을 사러 나가기에도 좋았고, 숙소에서 조금만 걸어가면 **엄청 넓고 아름다운 공원(메트로폴리탄 파크)**이 있어서 산책하기에도 최적이었습니다. 🏡 숙소 내부 숙소는 신축 건물이라 그런지 전체적으로 깔끔하고, 인테리어도 모던한 스타일이었습니다. 거실은 천장이 높아서 개방감이 느껴졌고, 에어컨이 잘 작동해서 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 두 개의 침실이 있어 최대 4명까지 숙박 가능하지만, 침실 공간이 약간 낮은 편이라 키가 큰 분들은 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 와이파이 속도도 빨랐고, TV는 없지만 유튜브와 넷플릭스 같은 스트리밍 앱을 사용할 수 있어서 밤에 숙소에서 쉬면서 영화 한 편 보기에 딱 좋았습니다. 숙소 내부는 정말 조용했고, 보안 시스템도 잘 갖춰져 있어 안전하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 🚆 위치 & 편의시설 무엇보다도 숙소 위치가 정말 최고였어요! MRT 미지역이 바로 앞이라 대중교통을 이용해 타이베이 시내로 이동하기가 너무 쉬웠고, 숙소 주변에 편의점이 여러 개 있어서 간식이나 필요한 물건을 사기에도 편리했습니다. 숙소에서 조금만 걸으면 대만에서 유명한 메트로폴리탄 파크가 있는데, 규모가 엄청 크고 잘 꾸며져 있어서 아침이나 저녁에 가볍게 산책하기에 너무 좋았어요. 현지인들도 많이 찾는 곳이라 로컬 분위기를 느끼기에도 좋았답니다. 😊 호스트의 친절함 Yu-Han 님은 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 세심하게 챙겨주셨고, 메시지도 빠르게 답변해 주셔서 여행 내내 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 체크인할 때 직접 키를 전달해 주셨고, 숙소 이용 방법도 친절하게 설명해 주셨어요.

Nina is very proactive and accommodating, her instructions are also very clear. The space is big and has functional bathrooms. The washing machine is a big plus and the location is at the heart of ximending. We were able to reach many places as we’re close to the train station. Thanks Nina!

We loved our stay at Sanchong. It was so convenient to get to from the airport and then easy to get around everywhere quickly. The apartment is new and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 kids. It was safe, fun and well set up. The kids loved the Lego wall and the fun kids room upstairs. The big supermarket downstairs, brunch place around the corner and the 7-11 and family Mart around the corner was also excellent. The bus stop is right outside too. We loved our stay.

5월 초에 방문해서 3명이 4박을 지냈습니다. 호스트께서 상당히 친절하시고 저희의 편의를 많이 봐주셔서 좋았습니다. 4박을 하다보니 제공해주신 수건이 부족해서 개인 수건을 인당 2개 정도씩 챙겨갔더니 딱 맞게 썼습니다. 주변에 5-10분 정도 걸어가면 역이랑 정거장이 있어서 이동에 불편함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 침대가 2인용 2개가 있고, 거실에 소파도 잘 수 있을 정도로 편하지만 소파용 이불은 따로 없어서 에어컨을 틀면 살짝 추울수도 있습니다. 요청드리면 쓰레기도 매일 비워주시고 편하게 잘 지내다 갑니다!

Maggie was very responsive and friendly, and she explained everything clearly. The security guard at the ground floor was very friendly too. The place is spacious for two people and very clean, with a lovely enclosed balcony with a kitchenette. Location-wise it’s perfect too, with a lot of interesting shops around - we were never bored walking to/from the metro station.

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

The Host of this hotel is accommodating and responsive to queries. The location is in the city center, accesible to MTR stations,bus stops, trendy food places or restaurants,shopping boutiques and tourists spots. In addition, the descriptions given by the host was accurate such as amenities. Will book again in this hotel when we get to visit Taiwan.

I had a great time at Ian’s place! He was extremely responsive, and he sent very detailed instructions on how to get from Ximending Station to his apartment. The apartment was close to the liveliest part of Ximen while also being a bit off the main road, so it was quite peaceful.
