I had an amazing stay at Kenson's place! The location was perfect, close to MRT and Ximending walking street. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei!

The house and facilities are new and fully equipped, and the bed and sofa are very comfortable.The owner is welcoming and generously sharing all the appliances.The Ximending business district, cinemas, restaurants, and various snacks are within walking distance, making it a great place to stay while being quiet and enjoying the streets!

Very comfortable and clean, fully equipped with amenities, same feeling like coming home, will come again next time, thankful to stay in such a comfortable "home"

Great place to stay at. Smooth check-in process and the lift was enough to fit all 5 of us plus our luggage. Only comment is there's a foul odor from the restroom but I think this is common among Taipei buildings. Other than that, would still very much recommend this place! There's a great bar that's very near this unit also. Make sure to try it out!

Excellent stay. Train station and bus stops are both a very short walk away. Tons of food options available, konbini and supermarket are also within walking distance. Room is same as photos, windows are double paned. Highly recommended

There are independent toilets on each floor of the 4-story apartment, TV, sofa, water cooker, refrigerator, good for a few families traveling together or family big trip. Toothpaste toothbrush, shower gel shampoo, towels are fully equipped, the toilet is my favorite washlet. The location is better than you think, 1, 2 minutes to Ximending to the place where you can sell Bittermelon juice and Yonghe soybean milk, the car can also stay outside the door, it is convenient to carry your luggage. The interior of the house is industrial style, clean and comfortable and not too easy to stain, it will not be too stressful to stay up. There is a washing machine, a dryer, super convenient. The owner helped receive the package 2 times before I arrived, thank you very much!! The only lack of beauty was that the TV was not provided with channels and did not see the local TV

It was neatly cleaned and had a good sense of space Host is very thoughtful about the homestay equipment individually give us a reserved parking spot The room is conveniently equipped with full toilets and 2 each for the dryer😊 It's also nice to have washing + dryer👍🏻

great location. stayed here twice, both time the unit was clean and quiet. between 2 subway stations and accisible to 3 different subway lines.

Location is convenient

The host's instructions were clear and found the place quickly, even though it was only in the evening.It is very close to Xingtian Palace Station, and it is not difficult to walk with luggage along the way.The house is big and bright and the air conditioning is cool.The focus is on three rooms, although the mattress is a little soft, but it is also very comfortable to sleep on.The supplies provided by the host were also adequate.There are many restaurants nearby, there are convenience stores, and they went to breakfast shops recommended by the host, which is delicious.Overall a good recommendation for this place and would stay there again sometime.

The host was incredibly kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at the door to be brought in before check in so that we didn't have to put it in lockers. The space in the bnb was utilised incredibly well which made it feel nice and cosy. Highly recommend for a short stay!

Pei’s place is clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located in the heart of Ximending. We especially loved the bathtub after long days of touring. Highly recommended to family and friends! 💯

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very clear check in/out instructions. Toilet and shower is separated 👍🏻 Cleanliness in kitchen/ bathroom area needs to be improved, found cockroaches crawling around. They possibly got in from main door of flat, which might need some prevention. Living room and sleeping area are clean.

The location was convenient, and Ximending was next to us, the flight we arrived and left was at night, and the owner waited for us to arrive and meet us in person, and the last day allowed us to drop off our luggage for the last moment of departure to the airport. The room is comfortable and tidy and fully equipped!Our favorite are the two queen beds, they are a big reason why we left the hotel on this itinerary!Also the security guard of the building is good!We checked in with peace of mind!

This is an older apartment building in the heart of Ximen (which we loved!), and the apartment has mostly been updated. The apartment has so many nice details, including lots of storage, and well equipped kitchen for light cooking. It’s a studio tiny apartment, but because the bedroom/living room area is raised up a stair from the kitchen/bathroom, it feels larger. The bathroom is quite large, and has a converted jacuzzi/shower area which requires a large step over the tub and barrier. Water collects along the edge, but Maggie has a foolproof way to drain that small sill surrounding the tub. Overall it was perfect for our 5 nights as we unpacked, and did laundry in the washer/dryer. We appreciated the dehumidifier in the main room which helped with the Taipei humidity. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for the second time. Great as usual. Only feedback is the mattress and sofa has soften since my last stay. Maybe can consider replacing.

The apartment was spacious and good for travelling with kids. Baby chair and baby bath tub are provided for our usage. This is a local neighbourhood and had everything we need for the stay - a local night market nearby which sells a good variety of food, restaurants / cafes, convenience store just 20m away, and a park to get some exercise or simply a stroll in.

Great place to stay at for a family of 5! Just 2 blocks away from Ximending Night Market, but it's located in the quiter side of the area. Lots of great restos and food places, 711 and Family Mart were just around the corner, and transportation (Uber to TMS) is very easy to arrange. Really appreciate how responsive and accomodating Leslie, Anne, and Amy were. Would definitely stay with them again! 💖
