This unit is located in Taman Utama IJM, Sandakan. It has a very convenient location for driving and walking. It takes only 13 minutes to drive to the airport and 20 minutes to reach the city center. There are have seafood restaurants, convenience stores, laundromats and supermarkets around the homestay.

The accommodation comes with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet, shower and a hairdryer, toiletries are available. While the kitchen features a fridge, water treatment filter, induction cooker, kettle, kitchenware & etc. Full air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area.
