Our apartment is centrally located in beautiful Sande on the upper floor of a semi-detached house with private entrance in a quiet single-family housing estate. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is perfect for trips to the North Sea coast (e.g. 9 km to Wilhelmshaven to the south beach), business trips or to visit family and friends in the region. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Etwa 50 Schritte sind es vom Tiny House bis zum Yachthafen. Das Tiny House wurde im März 2021 in Betrieb genommen. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.
