Private, charming studio. Nice location in Brawley

The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.

Cosy two bedroom guest house.

Low cleaning fee! We just remodeled! Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This house is close to the I 8 freeway and the 86 Highway and near downtown El Centro. There is a trendy local coffee shop within half a block and a supermarket and restaurants within 1/2 a mile. There is a Starbucks nearby as well. It’s close to Imperial Avenue which is one of the main commercial streets in El Centro. There is a gate around the parking lot.

Peaceful country living in this comfy 1400 sq ft home. 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have queen beds one room has a full. TV's in every room, wifi, Keurig machine, coffee, creamers, bottled water, dishes, pots & pans, toiletries, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, paper towels, iron & ironing board, towels, laundry detergent everything you need for a great stay. Trash is picked up every Thursday, and the lawn is mowed every Monday morning.
