King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a air filtration system. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, the pool, the hot tub (open mid march and close right after the ballon fiesta) , 4 br, 3.5 ba, spacious, 3,000 sq feet!. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
