House vacation rentals in Sankt Pölten District

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

Das Haus ist mega und der Kontakt mit Andrea sehr nett und unkompliziert.

tolles Winzerhaus mit authentischem Flair. Ein wunderschöner Blick in die Natur! Sehr schön für Familien oder Pärchen, die Platz zum Wohlfühlen brauchen. Zimmer sind schön gemacht, bequem und sauber. Das Haus ist jedoch auch schon etwas älter und ausreichendes Lüften tut ihm gut. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben zweieinhalb wunderbare Tage in der tollen Wohnung von Vesselin und Ivett in Schwallenbach verbracht. Die Wohung ist im Ortskern des wunderschönen altehrwürdigen Örtchens mit abgeschlossener Terrasse und Garten, die wir nutzen durften, und man hört nur die Vögel und den Bach. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit einer Mischung aus vielen alten und wenigen neuen Möbeln äusserst geschmackvoll - weitab vom Einheitsstil - und dabei funktional eingerichtet. Mit Wald & Wein, einer Badestelle und ein, zwei Heurigen bietet Schwallenbach schon fast alles; Spitz ist mit Bus, Fahrrad und selbst fussläufig gut erreichbar. Und ein idealer Ausgangsort für Touren durch die Wachau. Vesselin und Ivett sind äusserst liebenswürdig, diskret, und hilfsbereit. Die Online-Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts mit Kiril (dem Sohn der beiden) war ebenso freundlich und "easy-going". Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder vorbeischauen an diesem wunderbaren Ort und können ihn nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ubytování bylo moc hezké, moderní a také v docela blízké vzdálenosti od Vídně. Moc se nám to tu líbilo, ani nám nevadilo že nejsme přímo ve Vídni. Až sem pojedeme příště, určitě si zařídíme tohle ubytování znovu.

Wonderful, warm, beautiful house that easily accommodated our large family: 2 grandparents, a mom and dad and 4 kids ages 3-16. We all had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen worked great for prepping meals for a big group. The wood floors are so beautiful. The house’s location near hiking trails and a short drive to Heilegenkreuz was wonderful for us. We were here to drop off a daughter at the International Theological Institute in Trumau and help her settle in, and it was a good 30 min drive to see here there—close enough for daily trips, but far enough she could still feel independent. Toys, books, and signs of family life made us feel so comfortable and at home.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Ludwig ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation inkl Schlüsselübernahme lief unkompliziert und zuverlässig ab. Das komplette Haus befindet sich in einem hervorragenden und sehr sauberen, gepflegtem Zustand. Es ist alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt da. Auch die Küche ist Top ausgestattet, sodass man das Gefühl hat zu Hause zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great location for visiting surrounding attractions. The private garage is a plus. From outside it looks as an old building but the place itself is very clean and refurbished. 2 downsides: - many spiders in the place, so in case of a scared child, it can be hard. - the washer is located in the garage, while the garage isn't clean as the house in terms of insects. I felt uncomfortable to make my laundry there.

La casa di Nives è bellissima, arredata con gusto, ma soprattutto stacolma di tutto ciò che può servire come utensili da cucina, servizi di bicchieri e di piatti, aromi, biancheria per il bagno, ecc...Hai la sensazione di essere a casa. Inoltre la posizione è ideale per lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio davanti casa, raggiungere facilmente la stazione e arrivare in circa 20 minuti a Vienna per visitare la città senza stress. Per ultimo, ma non ultimo, rientrare a casa e godersi la frescura della sera stando comodamente seduti nella splendida terrazza attrezzata di tavolo, sedie, sedie sdraio, dondolo circondata dal vede delle sue piante è stata un' esperienza stupenda.
