If you’re first time visiting to Medellín with little Spanish speaking, this place is perfect fit. Laura and the entire team are so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and they speak English. Overall service is incredible. The rooftop has great view to hang out. There are so many places to eat and the food is amazing. One thing to note is if you’re very sensitive to noise, make sure to book the back end of the apartment cuz there’s a metro running. I didn’t have any problem with noise. I definitely recommend this place.

The location was relatively quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. The studio is small, but large enough for my needs. The bathroom and the patio were large. The host was incredibly responsive. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

Beautiful place. I I could have gotten a decent place for 1/3 the amount but this was totally worth it. Kitchen was fully equipped Private rooftop was our favorite. After all day of activity me and my wife chilled on the terrace with amazing views and very comfortable furniture and a grill. Super market is across the street so we got most expensive meats to cook. I recommend this place !

Íbamos para un evento en el parque norte y la ubicación fue precisa, muy cerca para movilizarnos donde teníamos planeado.

Juliett es calida, amable y siempre servicial... La finca está en una ubicación fantástica, un pequeño paraíso para relajarse y rodeado de hermosa naturaleza. Hay todo lo necesario e incluso chimenea y barbacoa. Estoy deseando volver! La Finca ya me hace falta :)

La casa es un lugar muy cómodo, muy limpia, con enseres en muy buena condicion y en una ubicación excepcional: muy cerca al parque principal, con acceso a restaurantes y otros comercios. Resalto además el excelente trato que recibí de la anfitriona debido a que tuve una calamidad y fue muy empática con la situación y flexible para ofrecernos alternativas.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Medellín. Luis es un host sumamente comprometido por dar un excelente servicio. Siempre esta a disposición para cualquier duda, consejo, recomendación y/o tours que el mismo ofrece, y a buen precio (comparado con mas proveedores). Las fotos de la casa no le hacen justicia al inmueble, es sumamente amplio y cómodo. Con diversidad de cuartos y recamaras muy espaciosas. Los Laureles es una muy buena zona para quedarse si estas de visita en Medellin, rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas, centros comerciales, y demás. Una zona sumamente tranquila, ideal para todo tipo de huespedes (familiares o grupo de amigos). En fin, excelente experiencia. Cien porciento recomendado!

La atención es excelente, muy atentos, en cuanto a la finca todo está muy bien amoblada muy organizada, cuando llegamos todo súper limpio y bien puesto, los espacios sin muy cómodos y agradables. Totalmente recomendable

Excelente finca, en parcelación privada a la que se llega muy facil por la via hacia Sopetrán. La parcelación tiene un área verde virgen para caminar. La finca es bonita y cómoda, tiene una buena piscina y un área verde que usamos para jugar fútbol y voleibol. Tiene todo los necesario y todo estaba ordenado y limpio. La parcelación está cerca de Sopetran, por si se necesita algo. La pareja que cuida la casa es muy amable y dispuesta a colaborar en todo. Totalmente recomendable.

The apartment is centrally located close to 70th which has a lot of restaurants and touristic areas. Laureles is a beautiful area of Medellin close to other areas packed with activities. The. House is big and provided a cozy stay for a week.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en el Airbnb de Diego. Desde el primer momento fue muy atento y amable con la comunicación. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Se nota que Diego cuida cada detalle para que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!

Great place that makes you feel right at home! Had everything you need. Really amazing place would definitely stay here again

I had a wonderful time staying here with some friends from the area. The view from all balconies was amazing and it was great to fall asleep to all the lights. I ran into Olga in the lobby and it is the first time I have ever met my host, she talked to us all like we were friends for years and it felt great to have such a warm, open, kind spirited individual to host me. I cannot wait to return here again to stay! Lots of things to do, the park is 10-15 minute flat walk and lots of places for parche in the barrio

Tutto il soggiorno è stato formidabile, Diana e stata sempre presente, per ogni nostra domanda e aiuto, appartamento pulitissimo e ordinato, a piedi si possono raggiungere supermercati, bar e ristoranti, punto strategico per ogni direzione. Ritorneremo!!!

El hospedaje en la casa de Alba estuvo maravilloso, la señora Ligia siempre estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitaramos, el lugar cumple con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, la cercanía al estadio y los eventos que allí se presentan es inigualable, es una zona cercana a todo con mi buena oferta gastronómica

Muy cómodo el apartamento lo único que sugiero es un aire acondicionado en la habitación. Porque es bastante el calor en las noches y los ventiladores no dan abasto

Ich war fast einen Monat bei Gloria in der Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist wirklich toll und bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Lage in Laureles ist einfach perfekt. Mit nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Unicentro oder bei diversen Restaurants oder Bars. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 15-20 min. an allen wichtigen Orten wie Poblado, La Candelaria oder im Zentrum. Gloria ist ein toller Mensch, sehr hilfsbereit oder sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. Als Tipp kann ich das Café im Erdgeschoss wärmstens empfehlen. Jeden Tag gibt es ein anderes Gericht. Super lecker und Top Preise. Mein Fazit lautet: ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, denn ich habe habe mein Favoriten für Medellín gefunden. Danke Gloria
