it was a great AirBnB experience in the heart of Locorotondo. The apartment is one of the old typical houses and very spacious inside. bed was comfortable, there was a nice terrace with a view, kitchen was also good and nice enough easy to walk around Mario is a good host, i definitely recommend for short stays as a base to explore the area

We had a great stay at Villa Anna. The house is nicely decorated (what a beautiful view from the bedroom and bathroom) with an eye for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Finally, there is a large terrace, ideal for a BBQ or aperitif in the sun. The house is also very suitable for (young) children. I'd recommend to anyone.

Nice and clean apartment with a shopping street on one side with nice restaurants and delicious bakeries and sandwich shops and the sea and the beach on the other. Super nice terrace with lovely in the morning the sun that stays well into the afternoon and views of the sea. Very nice host Marco who responds directly to questions and gives good tips. Luggage was allowed to stay a little longer after check out and we were also allowed to check in a little earlier. We had a lovely stay!! Top location.

We had an overall pleasant visit, but we’d like to offer a small suggestion that could help improve the experience for future guests. It would be very helpful to have some form of translation support available for staff who may not speak English fluently. The cook was clearly doing his best and was kind, but he seemed uncomfortable due to the language barrier and had to rely on other guests to help translate. This created a bit of confusion when it came time to settle the bill. Unfortunately, we waited for about 30 minutes and tried multiple times to get the cook’s attention, but without a shared language, communication was difficult. In the end, we had to leave without resolving the bill, as we were short on time. We completely understand that language challenges can happen, and we appreciate the staff’s efforts — a little support in this area would go a long way.

We loved our stay at this home. Location of the villa is fabulous, set up high with beautiful gardens and patios surrounding it. Jon and Laura were amazing hosts, so happy to help out with any questions that we had. The house was very quiet and comfortable, we all slept so well! The location is ideal for day trips to many charming and special towns and villages. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a special holiday experience.

I have been using Airbnb locations and Claudio was one of the most responsive hosts that I have ever had. The house is just as pictured. If enjoy swimming in the sea, this is the perfect location. Every day, you hear the sea from the house. It was heaven.

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

We had a great stay in Matera! The place was super charming and really captured the unique atmosphere of the area…..it was beautifully decorated with lots of character. There were so many thoughtful extras too, not just coffee but also some tasty treats we ended up having for breakfast and snacks. The gated parking was a big plus. The place was just a short and easy walk to the historic center. Our host was amazing—very quick to respond and full of great restaurant recommendations. We’ would definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Matera!

We had a nice stay, located in the center of Monopoli, within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions. The place was not difficult to find and we were given clear instructions and tips in advance where you can park your car for free. You get a typical stay in a 4-storey home with turnstiles which may not be easy for people who are not able to walk. It was very neat and especially the roof terrace was wonderful to start your day in the morning with a coffee.

Despite our late arrival at 10.15 p.m., Claudia waited for us to welcome us, show us the apartment and also direct us to a dining area still open in October (Via Roma). The apartment, very clean and very well located close to all shops, pharmacy 50 m away, also close to restaurants and the historic center. Everything is within walking distance and it's really a plus. We got into the habit of going to have breakfast at Crema Caffé on Aldo Moro Square, just 150m from the apartment. Coffee, tea and Pasticcioto, typical Italian pastry from the Salento region, in Puglia. We were by car and did not have too much difficulty finding a free parking, but in summer, the problem will surely arise. Thanks again to Claudia for her kindness and availability. Hmm.. If you have a chance to book this accommodation, I hope you don't have to worry about booking. The view from this house is already worth it, but it's clean and spacious indoors and a clean pool and a sunbad or garden. Everything is perfect. I also made a cappuccino with a luxurious coffee machine, and all nearby tourist attractions could be reached within 30 minutes by car. Swim with a fantastic view in this private and luxurious location. It was an unbeatable accommodation. Thank you, I definitely want to come back to Fabio.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here and soaked every minute we could on the balcony. Pictures look beautiful but in person, the view is even better. Apartment is much bigger than we anticipated as well. Mario offered recommendations for the area and was superb with communication.

We had a fantastic stay at Maria’s beautiful apartment. I am still thinking about the views from the balcony. We enjoyed a delicious glass of the complementary wine up there. The only downside is that we only stayed one night. Will definitely return again. Maria is a friendly and responsive host. I usually don’t leave long reviews but I have to say that it was one of the best Air BnBs that I have ever stayed at.
