Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Santiago Province

Excellent stay. This will be my go to place every time I visit the city. The apartment was clean, beautiful, hot water, comfortable bed, and quiet. A perfect stay to go with my family.

My best friends and I are originally from NYC with Dominican roots. We went to Sti celebrate their birthday, my father is from puñal so I know the area quite well but we just needed a little more privacy which the apartment was able to provide for us. The location is great it was literally 8 min from STI airport, 5 min from Bravo , Sierna and el El encantó supermarkets. Not to mention there a lot of American fast food jobs near close near by like McDonald’s, Wendy’s , Pizza Hut , dominos. And etc. we love this place and I will deff recommending to anyone who listens ! lol the apt is also 10 min from The city center. I love it ! Now on to the host , the hospitality was A1! The host always answered my questions / txt with 5 min. They were the best !

Great location like 10 minutes away a few dollars Uber ride to Amenities ,restaurants ,bars the area monumental the monument of Santiago beautiful view of the city close to everything definitely we will go back to yanilsas place most amazing the monument view at night time from the balcony

excelente hospedaje!

I will come back again for sure, Soha II is a great building location. We stayed 3 month and the apartment was perfect for us to remote work. The Wi-Fi works well (something around 25 Mb down and 15 Mb up wich is more than enough to have zoom meetings). The A/C in both bedrooms works great. The gym is nice, clean and correctly equiped. The pool is clean (water control 3 times a week) and the water heated (very nice at night). The building staff is very nice. Rare find!

Stayed for 10 days, placed is secure, clean, great balcony, clean, there’s a food truck park about 5 min walk. Enjoyed the place.

I definitely enjoyed my stay the next time I come back to Santiago I will be staying here again for sure !

Beautiful modern unit. comfy bed. cold ac, nice leaving room, good shower, great city view. 5min walk to a mall. various supermarket (15-20min walk) Definitely would stay here again.

Una de las mejores estadías en Santiago. Cerca de supermercados (Bravo, Nacional), Farmacias, Ágora y un sin número de lugares para comer. El alojamiento fue tal cual descrito en su anuncio. Con camas cómodas, aire acondicionado y abanicos de techo en cada habitación y sala. Un inversor para cuando se vaya la luz (si, la luz se va, estamos en RD) para poder seguir utilizando el wifi, abanicos y televisores. Una cocina amplia con todo lo que puedas necesitar para cocinar, incluyendo los electrodomésticos necesarios (cafetera, tostadora, sandwichera, microondas). Área de lavado amplia con lavadora y secadora. Una casa llena de detalles para nosotros en nuestra llegada. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos aquí porque todo fluyó muy bien en un alojamiento limpio con una anfitriona receptiva y dispuesta a informar todo de la manera más clara posible. Gracias por hospedarnos. Nos volveremos a quedar sin duda.

We had a lot of fun, the house is very big and has a lot of amenities, everything is just like in the pictures. We didnt have the cooking/cleaning staff available to us and with such a large house it wouldve been very helpful, but we do understand that it is a big national holiday. Keisy(the man who takes care of things around the house) was amazing, he was always there available for anything we needed, whether it was a question about the house or a quick run to the market to buy supplies. The only complaint we had was that the wooden roof seems to have a filtration issue, it didnt happen at first but after a few hours of rain it started dripping, it was fine in the concrete areas so i would guess that the wooden roof got saturated with water.

It was a great experience. The shower was great. The hot water was hot and the shower pressure was excellent. The view was really good and I felt very safe in the neighborhood where the building is located. Kathy was very good to answer right away any question I had. I recommend this place.

Vanessa and her staff are the epitome of hospitality. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, all the while giving you privacy. This home is absolutely breathtaking. True to its time, spanish colonial, impeccable decor, windows everywhere, open breeze, fully equipped kitchen and up-to-date bathrooms. Well maintained and amenities everywhere including fresh towels and stocked showers. The infinity pool overlooking the mountain is gorgeous with an attached outdoor kitchen and hot tub. You never have to leave. The grounds are expansive with a giant greenhouse straight out of Architectural Digest, lush veggie and fruit gardens, coffee plants, a friendly horse named Diamente, a koi pond... the list goes on! Our favorite of airbnb! Vanessa, it was an absolute pleasure staying with you.
