The apartment and the complex are new and modern furnished. The apartment is fully equipped. Everything is provided: plates, cutlery, glasses, towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Anything that belongs to a home. The apartment building is secured 24/7 and there are very friendly people working. You'll be in the center in 10 minutes and the taxi (GG) will often be ready before you've had time to put on your shoes. In short, recommended for those who don't mind being a little further from the center.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5

Great and very comfortable apartment with an unrealistically cool location. From the windows there is a view of the cascade, next to the Opera House, everything in the center is accessible. At the same time, the place is very quiet, cozy and homey. It is incredibly pleasant to be in the apartment.
