Great space right in the heart of Saugatuck. Walk anywhere you need to go in town. Fully fenced in yard and private parking. Stroll to the restaurants, bars , shopping and all that Saugatuck has to offer. Oval beach as been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a 5 min drive. Or, walk to the chain ferry and hike down to the beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north. Several wineries just outside of the city. Pet friendly just add your dog to the reservation while booking

Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps up to 6. The open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located next to a small bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a lofted area that provides another space to get away and relax, with twin mattresses on 2 separate built-in platforms. Included is Comcast Xfinity WIFI and Cable Television. Central Air. And extra coffee in the fridge .

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.
