The building dates back from 1717 and represents a local historical monument, therefore it’s architecture is completely unique, combining different styles. This is especially noticeable in the design of the ceiling.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Check in will be done exclusively via self check in. The apartment is located in the city center on Eroilor Boulevard close to restaurants, cafes and universities. Composed of one basic kitchen, one bathroom and one living room, it also includes a sleeping space upstairs. The hight of the sleeping space is about 1,5 meters. The apartment is situated at the ground floor of an old building, in an inner yard.

If you're a morning person, just like me, you're gonna love my place that faces the sunrise and has an abundance of light all day long. You're gonna be in the middle of everything, at 10 minutes walk to the central square and 5 to the central park. The building is from 1940 and the family that lived here were typographers. I hope you'll feel like home in my place.
