This Ecohouse is a one-of-a-kind design wonder and a joint family project. Here you can work, relax, enjoy our solar powered sauna and jacuzzi (we charge a small additional fee since for the use of those). Its a concept by the Dutch art director, Chaim Kwakman, designed and completely self-built by the Latvian artist and your host, Daina and her daughters. This optical-illusion house is a perfect, remote work & chill space. Situated in Daina's garden, within a 3 minute walk from the seaside.

A cozy guest house with a designer interior. Fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with bathtub, heated floors, place to relax under an awning in the flower garden. For guests - a sauna (additional €60,-) with a separate entrance and a relaxation room. The sauna has a veranda with a hot tub in the form of a “barrel” - for an additional fee €140,- (€180,- for both services). The area is quiet. Parties are not permitted. The sea is 750m from the house.

House Saulkrasti Balta Kapa

Private house in Saulkrasti, Incupe, located within 5 minutes of the beach with parking space. The property's location is well connected with Riga (just 35 minute's drive, train station 10 minutes walk and bus connection). Balta Kapa (The White Dunes) is within a 5-10 minute walk. Several restaurants are within walking distance—the nearest supermarket is 5 minute's drive from the house.

Dzīvoklis atrodas lieliskā vietā, turpat netālu ir Bemberu kafejnīca, kur paķert svaigi ceptas maizītes un gardu kafiju, 5 minūšu gājiena attālumā līdz Jūras parkam un peldvietai ''Centrs'', kur var apvienot atpūtu un sportiskās aktivitātes.

Maximum of guests (including children) who can stay here together is 4 people. Holiday house isn't suitable for bigger company and also not very comfortable for tall people. The house has a low ceiling.
