Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Savanne District

Laura's place was just as it was advertised. It was very private & clean & surveillance camera's on the outside of the property, which was a plus. I would suggest that you hire a car, because taxi's are quite expensive in Mauritius, if not it's about a 15 minute walk to the next village. Laura's husband was kind enough to take us to the nearest supermarket/restaurant to pick up some food, as i was not feeling well & we didn't have a car. Laura hired a taxi for us to return to the airport, who was reasonably priced, as it's about an hr away from the house. Overall we had a lovely stay, even though it was short, well worth the money, you won't be disappointed.

We were warmly welcomed and had a nice stay. We came for 2 holidays and it complicated our outings including access to the supermarket and the various restaurants. Breakfast was brought to us by the host... a real plus for our two daughters who are a fan of fruit! I recommend this place if you want to visit the south of the island, you will be at the heart of Mauritian life.

My family and I had a fantastic two-night stay at Zaheer’s place, and it was worth every penny! Zaheer is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—steps away from an almost private beach, with tons of restaurants nearby and exciting spots like Rochester Falls to explore. The outdoor jacuzzi was a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding after busy days filled with activities. The house itself is comfortable, ideal for relaxing after hours spent outdoors. With so much to do in the area, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible time at this villa! The property is bright and airy with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, offering peaceful surroundings with breathtaking views, yet still close enough to the beaches, local attractions and amenities. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying the sunshine, with a cosy pool and seating areas. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth as well as ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even provided some home-made French macarons and great local recommendations! I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a nice and peaceful getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Kamaya. Alice and Alex were very friendly, and easy to communicate with. The location is beautiful, in the mountains. The rooms were spacious and well thought out.

Stenio and the Co-Host Stephane are really friendly and responsive. They take care of every request we had during our stay with a very welcoming attitude. We were also greeted with fresh coconut water at our arrival. The house is big, beautiful, and clean. It can be booked with even more people, as there are two more bedrooms available. The bedroom has a really well working A/C and a nice little view forwards the beautiful sea.

Listing is as described! Antonio and his son welcomed us and are very flexible about check-in and check-out times.

Located in a cute fisher village along a scenic road. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Any groceries, cash withdrawals need to be done before (La Gaulette). Highlight is the terrasse and hope to come back soon for a longer stay.

Very clean apartment, easy check- in and out. By foot you are in 10 minutes at a nice beach only negativ point, the Washer machine has to paid extra. We would recommend it.

The appartment is perfectly located near a bus stop. The host Mohammad is extremly friendly and he answers always very quick. The appartment was clean and it has everything you need. I can totally recommend to stay there!

My feeling when booking didn't fool me. Right in the middle of the atmosphere, between local living. Very nice and helpful family.

As shown in the picture, the swimming pool in front of the beach is wonderful. The waves on the beach in front of the accommodation are calm, making it great for children to play. It was especially great to take wonderful pictures on nice weather days. Although the cleaning service was insufficient because it was the Mauritius holiday, it was inevitable because it was a holiday. Instead, I enjoyed a very comfortable six-day vacation because the host always gave me kind and prompt notification. I am planning to visit Mauritius again in March next year, and I would like to stay here again. All of my family loved this accommodation so much.

We spent a nice week of family vacation in Charming Condo, the place is very convenient 5 min walk from the beach, it has all necessary kitchen ware, the terrace-balcony is a great place to have breakfasts and evening snacks to enjoy the sunset. A magical stay at Dhareena's place, spacious and so peaceful! The neighborhood is very quiet and secure with very good restaurants nearby. The geographical location is really ideal. Dhareena was very responsive in our exchanges and very flexible for our arrival and departure, a big thank you!!! We just note a little effort to make on cleaning even if it didn't bother our stay. We had a wonderful holiday in Mauritius in Stefani's apartment. The apartment has had everything you need. From kitchen utensils to the feel-good effect. The communication was great, she was always available. We had a power outage for a day, so it was taken care of right away. In addition, there is a cleaning help every few days that cleans the apartment. The handover was great and straightforward. On the last day we were allowed to check out when we wanted and therefore had no stress at all. I can recommend the apartment and Stefanie 100% because everything went great. :)

Océane is an excellent host, she was super responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. The studio is as described in a beautiful small garden.
