The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

It is a duplex apartment with very high-quality complete furnishings, a large south-facing terrace and great architecture. On the ground floor there is the living and dining area with fireplace and open kitchen and counter, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower/toilet). On the top floor there are 2 more bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, tub and sauna (for a fee - €3/h). All rooms are very high quality and have underfloor heating. The bedrooms have roller blinds or venetian blinds.
