The 90 square meter apartment right on the beach has a clear, modern interior, a continuous oak parquet with underfloor heating for the cold months and surface cooling for the high summer as well as floor-to-ceiling windows for a bright, friendly atmosphere. It's just a few meters to the sandy beach of Pelzerhaken via the spacious terrace. The centerpiece of the apartment is the large living area with sea views, with fully equipped kitchen, oak dining table, large corner sofa and flat screen TV. The high-quality kitchen with induction stovetop and stone countertop has an exceptional amount of storage space for all purchases, so visiting one of the restaurants within walking distance for good food is a good option, but by no means a must. Two separate bedrooms with a 1.80-wide double bed or two separate single beds ensure a restful sleep. In order to be able to jump into the Baltic Sea with fresh courage outside the summer months or to warm up again after a walk, there is a small, fine sauna made of ash wood and a powerful oven in one of the two bathrooms. Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) with a southwest-facing position has sun from noon until evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or dinner. A private parking space for the car is included in the price. Use of the tennis court is free of charge, and the swimming pool can be used for a small fee.
