Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Our apartment is on the low ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice beach day with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each reachable in about 5-7 minutes by foot, in the city center you need about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Haus Heinke is suitable for the whole family with two bedrooms, expanded attic and garden. The modern kitchen invites you to cook, the living room with cozy, light-filled sitting area and fireplace are the center of the house. Our south-facing terrace guarantees good relaxation in beautiful nature. The crow wood and the Eidertal are only a few minutes away, Kiel (12 km) can be easily reached by bus, train or car. The Baltic Sea is a 30-minute drive.

Our newly renovated two-room holiday apartment in Preetz offers nature-close living in a central location by the Kirchsee. It has a private entrance with dining area and kitchenette, plus separate living and sleeping spaces. Not yet perfect, but already very cosy and inviting. A spacious garden and the jetty with direct lake access are available for shared use. We welcome up to four guests—families with children or water travelers included.
