Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

This holiday home with a private sauna, located close to Świnoujście, is perfect for families or friends with their pets. The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
