We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

On the seafront of Heringsdorf in the first row in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Hotel Steigenberger, you will find the historic Villa ODIN, which is surrounded by a spacious garden as a jewel of the old bathroom architecture. We warmly invite you to spend one of our high-quality apartments in Villa ODIN. The apartment is on the upper ground floor of the Baltic Sea facing with direct access to the garden, which will give you available during your stay.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Park for free right by the house.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Sit back and relax - this stylish accommodation is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach and lakes can be reached quickly. Cycling is very important here and is possible in all directions. Hikers will also get their money's worth. Shopping in Bansin is about 4 km away. In the high season, a baker also comes weekly. Eggs are available fresh from the farm. Tips for excursions are also available.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who only want to lie on the beach all day, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island. There are rare buses...

Our stylishly furnished 1-bedroom flats offer approx. 53 m² of space for up to 2 people. Each flat has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), an inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathrooms are equipped with luxurious walk-in showers.
