Stylish apartment in the old Gulfhof

With a lot of attention to detail, this apartment was built in an old, listed Gulfhof. Here you will stay in the middle of nature very close to the East Frisia hiking trail. The old town to Leer is only 6 km away. On the terrace with a south-facing orientation and views of the graft and natural pastures, you can forget about everyday life and relax. The apartment has a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). In the living room with open kitchen there is a sleeping couch with a width of 1.40 m. A TV with DVD player is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven,toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. If necessary, two bicycles (28 "men's and women's bike) are available free of charge for the time of stay by arrangement. For your own e-bikes, there is a storage/ charging option in a lockable barn.

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
