Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Scioto County

Perfect size for our family stay, host was so understanding with our situation. Home is old but Beautiful. No complaints here, will definitely rent on our upcoming stays!

Lovely home in an affluent Portsmouth neighborhood in close proximity to Franklin Blvd. Very tastefully decorated. 3 bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. Another half bath located on the main floor. A very nice den with exercise area and laundry located in the basement. The dining room has been updated to seat 6 (not 4 as shown in the listing's photos). My family felt right at home! Sherry was extremely gracious to allow a last-minute date change modification due to an extenuating family circumstance. She was very accommodating. We look forward to staying with Sherry again!

Great place by the river with a nice deck and view ! Very clean inside.great kitchen. The host very responsible! Would like to come if will be in the area again.

Pretty amazing and super eclectic space! It’s a huge, historic home with an awesome 2nd floor open balcony with hot tub that is great for listening to the sounds of the downtown area. Very comfortable bed! Great location to step out and walk around the downtown area of Portmouth. Just a few blocks from the Ohio River, Shawnee State University and a few bakeries, restaurants and antique shops. It is still being renovated, but as my husband and I are serial renovators ourselves, we could appreciate the work done and still being done. I recommend it as a very unique experience!

This is such a cool place! Loved the peaceful location & the cabin is so cozy.

Great stay very clean and comfortable. We forgot our daughter’s favorite blanket and stuffed animal and they were found and both mailed back to us thank you so much!!! Will stay again!

Rachel and Jack were amazing 💜 They helped us carry in our bags, gave us step by step awesome directions on how to get to their place and were super responsive to anything we needed. Their place was clean and as expected. felt right at home and found our perfect spot to visit each time we come in!

This place was absolutely amazing; I can’t even begin the time my family and I had at this house! I came in town from California to celebrate my mother’s 73rd birthday; this house came with everything we could have asked for to make our stay one for the books! The house came with everything we needed and others that we didn’t know we needed from a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art stove, dishes, utensils, cups, coffee, really good snacks, their was even cold beer and a bottle of wine when I arrived and after a long trip; it was much needed! Let’s talk about the backyard; it came with a beautiful waterfall feature; a beautiful fire-pit that you can sit around and a grill that we used a couple nights during our stay along with a patio table that we ate at. The beds were so comfy and relaxing, they had cute lil shampoos/soaps for your use along with a bath towel warmer in the bathroom and as cold as it was in Ohio, it definitely was needed. 5 star stay and will be back!

The loft is just as advertised and the pictures show. We had a great stay. the location is close to SSU campus which is what we were looking for. thr loft was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that I would say is make sure you read and know that it is on a second floor and has a chair lift in the narrow entrance. We used the lift as they suggested to bring up our cooler but the chair lift definitely gets in the way of going up and down the stairs but they advertised it and showed pictures. the loft is great!!

Great place to stay to enjoy the area, would definitely recommend and rebook if ever in the area again!
