There is a queen sleeper in the living room and a full sized folding crib in the bedroom. pa. Towels and sheets are not included. We recommend using a linen service or bringing your own sheets and towels.

You've never seen waterfront like this. Welcome to Edgewater Escape, a luxury bayfront loft apartment that hangs entirely over the bay on 7th street in downtown Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. Very clean, tons of natural light, and plenty of outdoor space -- including a relaxing and bright sunroom/porch, small deck out back with a grill, and large front porch.

The Sand Pebble is a 3 story home located 1 block from the boardwalk / ocean and 2 short blocks from the main street in Bethany Beach built in 2019. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.
