Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. Lined with charming 1940’s homes, you will find this space peaceful and relaxing. Only a 3 minute drive to Creekmore Park. 5 minute drive to downtown Fort Smith where you will find restaurants, nightlife and shopping! Less than 5 minutes to Baptist health hospital This is a shared property with 2 Airbnbs although both are completely separate and private!

The Fern House

Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

Centrally located on Rogers Ave close to downtown. Suite has it’s own parking concrete pad. Guest suite is by our house, fence separating us. Pets MUST be added to guest list

Additional guests can sleep on the sectional or provided queen air mattress. Enjoy large back yard with a fenced in area and deck.
