Vacation rentals with a pool in Sebou River

We went to Lydia's Riad for 3 nights. Prior to our stay, Lydia has always been responsive to our requests so that we can prepare our stay in the best conditions. Abdellatif and Aisha welcomed us very warmly. The Riad is majestic and blown away as soon as we arrived. We took an excursion thanks to Abdellatif who was great (2 hours with a driver overlooking the medina!) They also found us a taxi to get to the airport in the middle of the night. A big thank you to you 3 and very nice continuation 😊

Stunning Riad with gardens that not only look beautiful but sound and smell beautiful. A great location offering a spot of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of he city. It was lovely to met Samae who cooked us an absolutely delicious meal, kindly catering for a vegan and children as well. Fully recommend.

My family and I enjoyed it as if I were in my own villa and the owner was very friendly and responsive on the phone. He was with us from the very beginning to the end. We were with us from the beginning to the end. We were very pleased with the accommodation and excellent treatment.

We spent a night at Zakaria's place for my wife's birthday, we were warmly welcomed by her family. Zakaria is a very nice and smiling person. The house is beautiful, well finished, and impeccably clean. The swimming pool is also very well maintained. No complaints, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and quiet stay!

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

We had a great time! Naima is a host as we almost see more. She cares about the well-being of her guests, her apartment is furnished in fact to make you feel at home. Everything is very clean both the apartment itself and the bed linen, bath towels... It is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine with pod, laundry, iron, buoy and children's armband, sea shoes...) really nothing is missing. The residence is very secure with security guards who make rounds very often. Large parking lot in the residence. Very clean pools, many restaurants within walking distance, beach 2 minutes walk. I really couldn't find anything negative about our stay. I definitely recommend, you won't regret your stay.

Listing matches the description, Kamal is a responsive and available host. The kitchen equipment is full and the apartment is clean. The best part remains the swimming pool which is really a delight in the scorching heat of Fes. Recommended.

Excellent location, peaceful surroundings. Amazing view. Adam is a great host. Accommodated our late reservation request and was super friendly and helpful. His home is great for families looking for a relaxing getaway. The view from his patio is incredible.

very good stay at Astrid and Jaouad 's. the apartment is perfectly equipped and very clean. close to shops and restaurants secure parking, top caretaker. very nice to have the pool just downstairs having a swimming supervisor for children. communication with Astrid and jaouad is very good, very responsive. the key exchange was done by their mom who is very kind too. we know where to come for the next few times.

Had an excellent time staying here, makes you feel like you’re in a five star hotel. I fully enjoyed my stay and loved the pool. Everything was great the hosts were too kind. 10 out of 10 :)

Our stay here was absolutely perfect, no notes! the place was spotless, incredibly cozy, especially with the fireplace (which by the way our host kindly lit up for us to make sure the place was warm when we got there) which made our stay even more special. it had everything we needed, the attention to detail was truly remarkable literally NOTHING was missing. the price was also incredibly fair for the quality of the stay and the host was kind and responsive, always making sure we were comfortable. i highly recommend this Airbnb and would 100% stay here again if i get the chance!
