Meema was a lovely host, good communicator and made me welcomed. The flat is located in a very accessible part of town and was not hard to find. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

Great stay. The location is good, some restaurants and coffee shops around, also a supermarket. The apartment was clean, pictures are accurate. Yousif was friendly and gave great instructions on what to do. Check in and check out process were easy. There was not enough sunlight for our taste, but during the summer it would be perfect, not too hot.

He is a really good host, he provide us to check in late time and he helped for the things. The room is clean and clearly enough for staying. He gave us some fruit and cake at the Eid.

I have been on Airbnb for over 7 years, and this was easily one of the top Airbnb experiences I have had to date. I agree with one of the other reviews that this place is more of an “experience” than simply a place to stay. Clearly lovingly built in the traditional Omani style but with modern touches that make it an extremely comfortable and functional place to stay - the photos simply don’t do the charm of the place justice. I didn’t meet Sulfa in person but the Omani hospitality was on full display between the dates and local coffee left for me on arrival, some breakfast bits in the fridge and regular advice shared through text. Situated in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, with mountains surrounding, it’s the perfect spot for an escape from the typical hotel / resort circuit. A little bit out of the way for those who don’t have a car (like myself) but I managed easily enough either by taxi or walking to the nearest bus stop, which is 10 mins away. Super spot and fully recommended.

Malik’s house in Muscat exceeded all expectations—it’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with a unique charm that can’t be captured in photos. Malik, our host, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Even before arriving, he shared helpful travel tips for Oman. During our stay, he prepared a warm meal for us, engaged in interesting evening chats, and showed genuine kindness. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true home. Staying with Malik is like being a guest or friend, not just a client. Highly recommend!

The most stylish place you‘ll find in muscat. Located in a very nice neighborhood. The room has everything you‘ll need and the photos here doesn‘t do it any justice!

Nice cozy place to stay with family and friends. The outdoor seating area is highlight. The outdoor furniture can be renovated for better experience. Overall it was a great stay.

We had an incredible stay at this Villa. The three-bedroom layout was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our group. The private pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing. The large living room provided plenty of space for us to unwind together, and the parking area was more than enough for multiple vehicles. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! We’d definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

Khalid is a kind-hearted and wonderful host, offering to help when he can. He welcomes his guests with open aend and treats you like a good friend. We had some lovely conversations; he is an intelligent and interesting person to talk with. Also he is knowledgeable about Oman, and is happy to give you a tour. I wish I could spent more time. I stayed at Naz Airbnb for a couple of month, he was welcoming, always ready to assist and helpful, he made my experience arriving in muscat great, as for the surrounding area, there are many things to do, from parks to malls, everyday I found something new, if you come from a big country than nothing is far from you, people are nice and welcoming and you won't feel that you have to be aware of your surroundings the whole time like in other countries, I totally recommend it and thank Naz for making it an easy stay for me.
