We cordially invite you to our country house on the edge of the small mountain village of Lüdersen. Completely secluded at the edge of the forest and with great views over the Lower Saxony fields, time stands still. Families and peace-loving people can spend unique hours here. After a complete renovation of the house, it offers cozy luxury in a special atmosphere. The city of Hanover and many activities in the surrounding area can be reached in a short time. Alone, with loved ones, with children or good friends - here you will find everything you need. Whether for relaxation, outdoor sports or a vacation full of adventure. The 85 m² renovated wooden house with 1000 m² property and sauna for exclusive use is divided into a combined kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The 2 terraces invite you to barbecue. Lake Steinhuder is 400 m away. Beaches, jetties and promenade with restaurants are within walking distance or by bike.

Single room in Hameln with everything you need

Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of laundry room and terrace with grill. Parking is available in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt and other shops are within walking distance. It is a suite in a single-family house (bungalow) where our family lives. We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to welcome our guests.

Apartment in a 1930s house - Hanover and Deister

Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

In the village and yet central

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

Ferry house, with a view.

Very close to the Mariensee monastery on the Leine River, we offer a guesthouse with a view of the Leine. The old ferry house in Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with a pool and wooden terrace brings everything together into a unique spot where you can also just relax. We also offer our guests the option to book a canoe tour or go fishing. The guest apartment is located in a rural area on a farm, the area is quiet and close to the city. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to the city center and only 15 minutes to the fair. Both are also accessible by public transport. Hanover is also easily accessible by bike via a superbly developed network of paths. Bike rental is possible to a limited extent. Please inquire in advance.
