Swimming in Damtjenna (approx. 350 m), hike up to Gapahuken at Gjøversaltjenna (approx. 1.5 km road/trail) or top hike to Gjøversalen at 664 m above sea level (partly trail) In winter there are nice ski slopes right outside the cabin. (skisporet.no) The entire plot is fenced which makes it convenient with a dog. There is a toll road with automatic sign reading up to the cabin, but 1 car can be included in the rent if you send registration number in advance.

Bird sanctuary area within walking distance and many nice hiking trails and marked bike trails in beautiful nature. Fishing opportunities nearby. Several ski slopes in the area and the nearest (with illuminated slope) approx. 5 min drive away. Grocery store, restaurant and cafe in Selbu city center, about 10 min away by car. Værnes 45 min. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Welcome to our little piece of paradise in Amdal on the lake of selbu (selbusjøen), only a 55 minute drive east from Trondheim. With its chic, shabby design, it's more than just a place to stay—it's an experience. As you arrive, you're greeted by a breathtaking view of the lake. Nearby (600m) is a beach that's excellent for swimming. A canoe is included in the rental for you to explore the lake. The cabin is in the middle of miles of pristine nature, with plenty of hiking opportunities.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

Vedovn gir lun hyttekos :) Innlagt vann til dusj og matlaging (drikkevann finnes på dunker) Skiløype rett bak hytta, fiskevann ca 10 min fottur unna. Kano og nintendo switch tilgjengelig. Det er ikke wifi, men bra dekning for 4g og 5g. Meget gode solforhold - sommer som vinter. Kullgrill finnes på terrassen og bålpanne for hyggelige kvelder står ved utsikten.
