It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.
