The apartment has a popular location with a short distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Trams and bus just outside the door. Short distance to Karl Johan and Bogstadveien. NOTE: The apartment is my private home with personal belongings on the fourth floor without elevator. The key is picked up with EasyPick at different address (opening hours: 08-00, 09-23 on Sundays). A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.
