I had a fantastic time at Dušan’s place! The apartment was even better than described—clean, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to many restaurants and cafés. Dušan was an exceptional host - responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable (like the welcome snacks and local tips!). I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Niš. Thank you for a great experience!

The place is about 5 minutes by bus or a 15-minute walk from the city center. It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, but getting to the heart of the city is super quick and easy. The buses are free, and there’s a stop just a 2-minute walk from the house. Branislava, our host, welcomed us with such kindness and care. She personally showed us around, explained where everything was, and even gave us local tips that made our trip so much easier. We instantly felt at home thanks to her warm hospitality. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Honestly, if we had only brought our clothes, we still could’ve stayed comfortably for a week. We’re quite detail-oriented, and we didn’t spot a single bit of dust. Everything was sparkling clean. We would definitely love to come back!

Både Ana och hennes man var väldigt vänliga och tillmötesgående. Hennes man mötte upp oss, hjälpte oss upp med väskorna. Visade och förklarade allt, vi var välkomna att höra av oss om vad vi än behövde. Lägenheten är en riktig pärla, där man känner att allt är gjort med kärlek, från sängen, kuddarna, köket och badrum . Det fanns verkligen inte några bekvämligheter man saknade. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende och ser fram emot att bo där vid nästa tillfälle jag besöker Nis. ♥️

The location was perfect—there's a playground nearby for the kids, a river for leisurely walks, and a grocery store just around the corner. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for all of us. Loved the cozy living area, and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The host was very welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing stay!

Ilija je jedan veoma dobar i ljubazan domaćin...Uvek je odgovarao na sva pitanja i potrudio se da sve protekne u najboljem redu.Ono sto mi se najvise svidelo je blizina reke i divno zelenilo sa puno drveca kada sedite na balkonu...Veoma mirno i prijatno i divno mesto za setnju i odmor.

Tina was very kind and willing to help us with anything we needed, we had a great stay. The apartment was in a great place at the center of Belgrade. We will visit again soon

This is a perfect place for a solo traveler or a couple. Think of it as a nice and spacious hotel room but in an apartment building. Very central too and with a responsive host. Will definitely look to stay there again when opportunity arises.

Evi bulmamız acısından Ivananin talimatları çok işe yarar ve anlaşılırdı. Merkezde olması evin en iyi özelliğiydi tertemizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan çoğu ürün mevcuttu. Terasa bayıldık manzaraya diyecek yoktu çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz.

Great place at the heart of the city. All the sights are within walking distance. Some very good restaurants in the area. The host - Jelena, was very friendly and responsive. She made sure we had a good parking space which was pretty important since the location is so central.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The flat itself is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for families. One of the highlights was the pool, conveniently located on the same floor – we used it every day! The location couldn’t be better; it’s within a walking distance to the city center, yet still in a peaceful area. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Dejan iyi ve ilgili bir ev sahibi, ev tertemiz. Çarşaflar, banyo pırıl pırıl. Bizim kaldığımız apart diyeyim çünkü burası yazan villanın tamamı değil. Alt katta annesi kalıyor galiba üst çatı da iki apart şeklinde ayrılmış. Ben kiralarken yanlış anlamışım onun dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Keyifli bir konaklama idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

We had a wonderful time in the right wing. The house is extremely spacious, with a beautiful garden and view. The kids really enjoyed the billiards room. Jasmina was an incredibly welcoming host who waited for us with coffee and homemade cake. The location is off a small road, but the signs are well marked and it is easy to find. Getting to town is about a 15 minute drive. Staff is on sight 24/7 to help with anything but at the same time completely unobtrusive so you have the whole enormous place to yourself. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with any requests. I would highly recommend staying at Saga Paradiso and will certainly come back when it is nicer weather!

Уютная студия с потрясающим видом с балкона. Все как на фотографиях. Есть магазин через дорогу, который не отмечен на картах, много ресторанов в окрестности. Есть все необходимое для пребывания. Что могло бы быть лучше: заменить перегоревшие лампочки, наполнить диспенсер мылом, повесить кухонные полотенца.

We spent 50 great days in Zemun. It’s an vintage building, some things should be upgraded, but all works. The description needs clarifying, that would be helpful for future guests. Two apartments are collectively described, still not in details, like there are 25 stairs to the apartment and no cleaning service. The host and her family are very kind and friendly, they were right there if we needed something. It was a great experience and we would be happy to stay there again.

The apartment is clean and tidy. everything is new and beautifully decorated. The bed is too comfortable, the view from the terrace is unreal and incredible. There is a restaurant below the apartment and a beautiful spa center on the floor below. We also had the option of parking in the garage in front of the building. Host was very friendly and we can only recommend this apartment!
